Martyr is one of like 3 or 4 really good/good at all "tech death" bands.

A friend recommended me Martyr a while back, I wasnt a huge fan but I gave them a few listens and wasnt in a hurry to turn it off.

I remember liking their guitar solos a lot.

I got me some Destroyer 666 through the post today (the two newest albums). I like :)

I never checked out Destroyer 666 based on name, but I haven't really heard mention of them in years. What're they like?

They're really good. Sort of blackened death metal with a lot of tremolo riffs and catchy choruses.

theyre kinda like Impaled Nazarene's newer stuff.

Symphonies of Sickness is good. I've heard some off Heartwork and Swansong, but I need to give a listen to more of each to give a nice deliberation.

I mean.

Brutal deliberation.

Phaeces, deliberation. And blood.

Swansong is really, really weird. I didn't like it at all.

Heartwork is a really good album though.

i dont really like necroticism. songs get pretty tiring after three or four minutes
