I found that discography thing that Torn was talking about. 'ts got 24 tracks.

They have possibly the worst vocals I have ever heard. The music is awesome...but the vocals just ruin it. Extremely high-pitched, and there's no punch to them at all. It's kind of like the sound a ditzy chick makes when she sees a mouse.

Still worth a listen though, hit me up on AIM for it (profile).
Haha yaay! I knew I could count on you for having it.

I read your post about not being able to find them on SS.

I put in the search, and within five minutes got the discography. :p

And Chris, I managed to get a bunch of Envy on queue, and like a half a dozen tracks from older albums (not the 2003 one). I'll have more in a few hours. Get on AIM, you bastard. I've got a lot of other emo/screamo to send you.

Problem about downloading music is that I'm literally out of space on my computer, so I have to chose between deleted old stuff, not downloading anything new, or delete naughty movies. Sucks :(
Try deciphering Jerome's Dream lyrics.
Ick, Jerome's Dream. Orchid didn't even sound very good on their split with them.

cbmartinez 01-14-2005 10:17 PM

The vocals are awesome, kind of like Revolution Summer.

Anyway, we're lucky 'Presents' isn't on it, that record has terrible vocals.
they only pressed 500, and we sold out of our copies at the 7" release show a few years back, so no.
However, there are a couple websites that seem to have a few in stock.

Try http://www.lumberjack-online.com and http://www.verydistro.com

i'm fairly positive they have it.
You know, I'm probably going to order one myself. I had two, gave one to a now ex-girlfriend, and I don't trust myself with only one copy. Bill, have you ordered anything through lumberjack before? Are they reliable/quick with shipping? Why am I responded to this on here and not just calling you?
I actually saw a picture of this metalcore band called The Procedure, who I know nothing about, and the guy was wearing a Blasphemy T-shirt and I thought, "Hey, that's pretty cool." If you're going to wear a metal shirt in your band photo, it might as well be a Blasphemy T-shirt, you know?

Wow.
I just read that in a Propagandhi interview.

WHAT? That's me wearing that T-shirt... there's a Propagandhi interview that talks about that?!?

It's around the 7th or 8th question.

Hahah, holy ****. That rules! Thank you for finding that!

cbmartinez 01-15-2005 01:25 PM

Wait, your in the Procedure too?

I wouldn't really call The Procedure a metalcore band.

superpeer 01-15-2005 01:35 PM

I don't know if it's really hardcore, and I know it's all old news for you senior, experienced punks. But I heard 'Circle Jerks - Group sex', and I really like it.

Consider this my blessing for the punk forum.

CONNER_NWHC 01-15-2005 04:03 PM

That is a really good Album.
Modern Life is War - My Love My Way
I've been meaning to ask you if you were into them. Have you had a chance to listen to that Despair album yet?
I've been meaning to ask you if you were into them. Have you had a chance to listen to that Despair album yet?
Yeah, it's a pretty sweet cd. It kind of reminds me of Judge with a little more intensity and sloppiness.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-15-2005 11:20 PM

Your kidding me i am IN LOVE with as i lay dying they are absolute legends...!!

BuddyBigsby 01-16-2005 02:00 AM

If anyone has the Facedown 2004 DVD, look for me. I haven't seen it, but my friends told me I'm in like every video from the first day. Look for the giant brown fro headbanging and singing along the whole time. Yes, I headbanged at a hardcore show, wanna do somethin' about it?

EDIT: I got the year wrong. AN EDIT TO PURIFY!

capri sun junkie 01-16-2005 02:03 AM

My friend is getting it, I'll tell him to look for you. Anything else that would help find you?

LazyGun 01-16-2005 02:05 AM

i like the hxc, im seeing bleeding through 28th, glass house, gunna be sweet, xdeathstarx, warriors too. just saw odd project at chain reaction.i like living close to all these places. bring the mosh

BuddyBigsby 01-16-2005 02:10 AM

I might go to that, but only for Warriors and As Hope Dies. There's going to be lots of gay kids there and tough guys for xDeathstarx.

capri: I'm in the front at the barricade and I'm really the only dude with a big fro, it should be pretty apparent. I stayed their pretty much the whole day, I think I left the front for Sinai Beach and xDisciple ADx only. I don't know if its on the DVD, but I caught a pretty good headwalk with my skull during Seventh Star.

obese_breasts 01-16-2005 02:12 AM

I think, over the past week, Death by Stereo has been established as my favorite band.

capri sun junkie 01-16-2005 02:30 AM

Haha, alright, cool. Buddy, do you share your files on soulseek? I downloaded some stuff from you last night, but now it says I'm getting an error when I'm trying to browse them. My name is rds2020, and I do have have my files shared if you want to add me.
