So, in work, my department manager said i have no chance of cutting down my hours, i said ill go to personal, she said they will say the exact same thing.

I spoke to my personal manager today, she said if i go back and speak with her on saterday, we will get my hours sorted :D

I beat the dept. manager, im pretty chuffed right now.
