I listen to alot of Brian Eno when I write, or post-rock or electronica. Things without lyrics.

Things without lyrics tend to work wonders at writing more original work when you're at the desk with a pen and paper, or at the laptop..<_<..Either one lol

Rap Battles? UG seems to be doin it with some mild success. Or used to. I don't know.

We could skip the next LC and have a rap battle instead.

I've been meaning to write another case study, but time and that.

The best method to get it more lively is just to get as much critting done as possible. The quicker the forum moves, the more active it is, the more encouraging it is for new posters to come in.

Yeah okay. I will try to crit at least 2 or 3 ppl a day on average. Could work. For a little while I guess now that uni is over for the year.

Uni's just started. Mad Australians with your mad calenders and being upside down.

But yeah, I'll try and get a few done a day at least. I'll try and keep the crits as in depth as possible. But I'm not the best critic as it is.

I've just got no ideas for story lines at the moment (My mind's been vamped due to it getting closer and closer to Mid-Term...:() but I'm sure I could probably write something half decent still..Maybe..We'll see, I just need a story line or a subject or something.

I've got to write a short story for Friday and they've given us a subject which I just plain don't like.

Write about an argument between two people that has in all likelihood happened before and it has to be in a public place and there has to be one other character.

Ugh.

I'm going to try and keep it abstract, so at the moment its revolving around philosophy and an argument between Hindi gods.

Or you could write about ghosts.
