Didn't the Stereophonics split up? If not, why was Kelly Jones on the Tsunami Concert list as a solo artist?

I can't get past the screaming it's just not pleasant to listen to. I can put up with some screaming with bands like Lostprophets and Funeral For A Friend, i mean i even like SoIL (don't know why, very out of place in my music tastes, they just connect with me though). KE just don't do much for me really...

Okey, too bad.. I think they have a good balance with the growl to normal style.. In a song called temple from the within the singer changes his voice to like five different modes.. I thought they had many singers at first :P

yeah the singer is great. The bass player has some prominent lines, but i don't think they are a very bass driven band.

No they aren't but i think you hear the bass much better than in most metal bands of that kind...

This is the first album with the current singer... nothing on the old singer at all and he was sh[SIZE=2]ite[/SIZE]

I hate KE, and I hate the fact my bands drummer said I probably couldnt play anything their bassist could (its cuz I was insulting them).

I know that feeling, felt that way when i played my sisters acoustic guitar and learned some chords. Then i thought; "this is fun like hell! maybe more fun than bass?" but after a while I got bored and the bass felt much better ;)

I actually went so far as to buy an acoustic guitar, and then realise di prefer bass. Still play guitar, just not very often...

It's alot easier to sing while playing guitar rather than playing bass, thats one of the good things.. The bad thing: this are no groove at all *slapping-thumb down!*
