I'm not doubting the possibility that I would love Opitates but I don't feel the need to fill another void in my life with another expensive and illegal drug, I'm perfectly happy doing what I do right now and just because some elitist dudes on an internet forum tell me it's stupid doesn't mean I'm gonna stop.

Not all people are annoying and loud when they're drunk... If I'm just hanging out with some friends drinking I usually don't get loud annoying or anything like that, ask people I hang out with typically I just get more relaxed and chatty, a lot of people are like that when they drink.

You say you love everyone but those who are typical and boring and while I agree there are boring people out there if you even try to get to know someone you'll find that not everyone is super typical, just because a majority of college kids like drinking doesn't mean they all have the same personality and interests.

I've never gotten dangerously ill from alcohol, driven under the influence, or gotten in trouble with the law. I've never even made someone extremely uncomfortable from what I know of, so tell me what's wrong with my decision to responsibly enjoy alcohol over opiates?
