Can one of the mods make an official Eric Clapton thread or somthing. He has given so much to rock, but has no tribute to him on the site. There have been threads, but they die. I mean they could just talk about him in the Classic Rock thread, but thats also true for Pink Floyd. I just feel he has been in enough bands, and done enough to have an official thread.

Official Threads get created when the forum is over run by threads on one particular topic/artist. They don't get awarded to influential artists.
The fact that the threads die indicates that an Official Thread isn't required.
In saying that, no more official threads are to be made.
