They sound really odd, as if he's just about to lose his voice.

Down again is my other favourite. Absolutely amazing that song. So is The Enemy (which hunter sings on) for Roadrunner United

i loves that song i does. rest of the songs on that 'album' do nothing for me but The Enemy kicks ***. instrumental section could do with a bit of work though.

i think im becoming a bit of a Hunter fanboy.

Its a good job, but to be honest I don't think they'd let you do both. The reason being that temps, our temps at least, are all full time, and there are some quite funny hours need doing. I understand there's an overnight shift or two ...

If you get it, quit Morrisons and try and go part time permanently at HMV afterwards. It's a great job :thumb:

I would quit morrisons if they offered me a part time permanent job, but if they dont and i had already quit morrisons, i would be out of a job completely.

Which would suck.

At morrisons im only working part time anyway, so i could do quite a lot of hours at HMV the days im off, once i break up from uni.

My digibox just lost its signal and then i heard thunder outside

Patrick O))) 10-11-2006 05:28 AM

I wouldn't mention the job at Morrisons on your application though. When you tell them what hours you can't do, tell them it's uni. If they know you've another they might see it as a liability

30% discount's nowt to be sneered at, especially when it comes to christmas

It started to rain a little when I was coming home

Mexican Bandito 10-11-2006 05:33 AM

Morning.

It's raining up here just now :( I wanted to head out for a little cycle but there's no way I'm going in the rain. I fell off twice on dry roads last time!

Heh, i already put it on and sent if off. If they interview me, i will say, while im at uni i can work evenings, and if they offered me a perminant job i would quit morrisons.

Do you work at HMV, what pay is it. DO you get time and a half on sundays or owt?

I was just out in terential rian on a driving lesson.

Untitled 10-11-2006 06:05 AM

My new stuff i orderd from topman has just arrived.

The coat is cool, makes me feel like a proper studant.

My mum thinks the shirt is to tight though, the arm fit fine, but i think thats how its supposed to be, but i dunno.

I might send it back for a size bigger though, just because i like them realy baggy.

Mexican Bandito 10-11-2006 06:11 AM

I've got to buy my uniform for work tomorrow. I get 50% off 6 items. I'm not sure what to get though. I'll probably stick with 2 pairs of jeans and the rest some tops :-/
meh I hate getting to choose I'd rather get told what to wear!

That's cool.

I most certainly do  Not sure about temps, but once you finish your 12 week probation thing you go up to 6.something an hour. It's double time on sundays I think, but only if those aren't your contract hours. I'm part time evenings and weekends, so unfortunately I only get basic for sundays, but it think there's extra for overtime too. You should actually get a contract folder when you're hired. During the interview I'd stress how much experience you have in customer assistance

Untitled 10-11-2006 06:34 AM

Sounds cool, more then im on now.

Id love to work in HMV, i hope if i do get a temp job, i will be able to work full days soonish, and also they ask me to go perminant.

IF they did, i could easily do evenings, as HMV is about a 15 minute walk from uni, so i would go straight up.

That being said, they proberly wont reply, but on my application i did say, i worked on home and leasire at morrisons, dealing with a lot of customer questions about music video and games.

Because the other people didnt know anything so customers always got passed on to me

Haha. My old supervisors sister, works in free spiret, she gwets 50% of some cloths for work, and she buys him cloths, which made me upset because there realy nice.

Im gona try and score a job there i think. Im gonna go print my CV off at the papershop about 20 times in a minute. I just need to add some stuff onto the bottom.

jpshortstuff 10-11-2006 07:14 AM

i've been at Tesco for over 4 months and i still dont have my Uniform :upset:
i've been given a shirt to wear while im waiting
