No, a player doesn't have to leave the field after being called for a penalty.

Season tickets are generally pretty expensive. Depending on the team, seats, etc, they probably can range from $300-$500 for one season ticket (8 games)

Penalty- not sure

Season ticket...-Not sure of price, but pretty expensive.

I could walk there, its not far. But my insane fear of anything sergical means i wont go on my own, id rather be in pain.
