Can i hear some of this game music sic? I love all the music from nintendo games like mario and sonic. I think it's awesome. Especially the music from sonic adventure battle 2.

I did my RM coursework finally. Tommorow i'm gonna start on my systems, which is about 6 pages to write, and i'm redoing 3 or 4 of them.... so i gotta do 9 or 10 pages abouts. Interesting. I've done about 3 tonight, and i've rewritten 4.

You can give my crappy music a listen or two... mostly done in the spirit of VGmusic. Though my experience with composing = randomly deciding to compose in MIDI 5 years ago, with basically no studying of theory whatsoever.

Futuro 09-12-2006 04:21 PM

As long as we are whoring music we have written.

There's a bunch of my older songs. My new songs are alot different, but I'm not really "done" with any of them. I want them all to be like 7-8 minutes atleast, going to take a while.

mysticalyeti 09-12-2006 04:59 PM

I never finish songs. Never being once in a great while, actually. Whatever.

Whoring is fun, especially my "Hey this sucks listen to it" brand.

OMFG Its a sunny day in doomseville is friggin genius.

Its like a happy little kids show theme song with doom metal over it!

Win A Rabbit 09-12-2006 05:57 PM

She looks like one of my friend's sisters.

The song I'm working on right now is awesome. It's a little pop song that breaks into a huge powermetal shredfest. I love working on these kind of songs.

We_Love_Lime 09-12-2006 05:57 PM

That picture is so romantic it's making me crying.

But I love life.
I just turned on the T.V. And the got milk company just put an advertisement on how beneficial milk is.
It's not even a milk producer, they're just some random dudes who like to share the awesomeness of milk to the whole world.

It's only 57 out.

It feels like 20. At this point I can't imagine the inevitable drop to below 0 in two more months.

psychocream 09-12-2006 06:07 PM

accsedenly deleted that post =/

Cute.

Whoever kept raving on here about Pocupine tree- Thank you! Downloaded some earlier, and it's absolutely awsome!
Although now I'm listening to Collapse the Light into Earth, and it's making me sad :(

Definately. I've got 2 solos in it now, I want 4 or maybe even 6. I like the way it's turning out. It transitions nice and smooth between a dance track and a shredfest.

They got some rad stuff! Just skip the slow sad songs haha

I'd recommend checking out Alice in Chains as well! Excellent rock band.

spike9908 09-12-2006 07:12 PM

I'm a terrible person. How could I forget that today is the big 54 for one of the best drummers ever, Neil Ellwood Peart. I don't diserve a new album if I can't remember that simple thing.:upset:
oh my god sic!! WHERES MY PORCUPINE TREE VIDEO!!!!!?????? ;) :p
I can't find anywhere to upload it, man. It's a 558MB video, the only thing I can find is a few 500MB uploading things. I'll look again right now. Your email is ludvista29 @ hotmail, right?

ludvista29 09-12-2006 07:20 PM

nope, drummer8@ptd.net

Win A Rabbit 09-12-2006 07:26 PM

Ahh, k. I'm converting it (should take about half an hour from now), then I'm going to upload it to google video. Hopefully it doesn't take too long.

Electric Requiem 09-12-2006 07:28 PM

ME TOO ME TOO!
tom.cassin@gmail.com

Maybe you could split it into two files then put it on megaupload? The quality would be better Im guessing, but I will greatly appreciate getting it through any means, thanks.

YAY!

Sync0pation 09-12-2006 07:43 PM

So much good music, so little time to download and listen. I wish I had it all.

Win A Rabbit 09-12-2006 07:49 PM

Oh god this is frustrating. I converted it, and it's only got sound for the first 6 seconds. The next 1:13:11 is all muted.

 I can send you that if you want...

I assumed this would be quicker, so I told my friend to come pick me up in 10 minutes. I'll have to try to work this damn video later tonight. I'm out.

Sorry for the huge delay, I really am. I wish I knew how to work this thing called a "computer"...

Ill Mitch 09-12-2006 08:16 PM

Tenor sweeps are a bitch to learn how to do flawlessly, in case you hadn't tried.

hahah yeah dude. I got home today and I was like "**** its Neils birthday" He's starting to be over the hill, but still one hell of a drummer.

Futuro 09-12-2006 08:21 PM

Haha I just read an interview with Adam jones. He said he created a rhythm for Jambi by using morse code he heard in a movie
