Taking a photo of a camera, eh?

How quasi-paradoxical. Only quasi, though. Taking a photo of a camera using the camera in the photo, now THAT'S a paradox.

Unless a mirror is used.

Mexican Bandito 10-08-2006 08:36 AM

I would have gone for the oh-so myspacy mirror shot but there is no battery or film in the camera :p

how's tricks Gur?

ChodaBoy 10-08-2006 08:54 AM

Whoa, old skool camera alert!

Mexican Bandito 10-08-2006 09:22 AM

yup :smoke:

I've just ruined a wall in my kitchen. I put some bacon on the grill and turned it on low then went through to read the paper - I compleatly forgot about it until I smelt burning, went through and found the grill on fire with black bacon and a big black smoke mark up one wall and partly onto the ceiling :upset:
I've scrubbed off as much as I can, I'm going to get shouted at when my mum and dad get home :(

Tricks are good, meeting my new drummer on Thursday, so yay. Sucks about the bacon - if you have any pets, try getting them to lick off the burn. My dog is very useful around the house, he's like a Hoover - drop any food on the floor, it'll be gone in 30 seconds. He's got great senses - he can hear a fridge opening 30 yards away.

Sup thread

Came home, the washing up's STILL in the sink, the bin's STILL full ...
Plus, it seems that one of the retarded elements of my house decided to have a bath today, and has managed to burst a pipe above the dining room. No shower for me :(

I GOTS to go to the gym tomorrow morning now.

So home-wise, a rather rueful day. But I'm now eating soup and listening to the Jam Room by Clutch, which I must say is one of the best cds I've bought of late.

I love music =]

Untitled 10-08-2006 01:58 PM

Just watched Robin Hood on BBC3.

I have to say, it was properly good.

Patrick O))) 10-08-2006 01:59 PM

But I don't get how he's supposed to be Robin Hood, he doesn't even have an American accent.

Untitled 10-08-2006 02:49 PM
But I don't get how he's supposed to be Robin Hood, he doesn't even have an American accent.
Why would he need an american accent?

Patrick O))) 10-08-2006 02:53 PM

Eh, its kind of baggy. It the baggyness on the legs I like. I'd quite like them to have some sort of 34 waist trousers, but taken in a bit on the actual waist

As it is, my trousers are really comfortable, but I end up having to wear a belt all the time, which rubs a bit day in day out

So I have to have a half-naked day ever so often to "redress" the balance
Why would he need an american accent?
