Im trying to decide what bass I want to save up for. I have about $500 now, but $100 of it is a gift certificate to GC, and I dont know if I want to buy it there.

I want a 4 string, or I would buy a dingwall.

I have my heart set on either Warwick, Alembic, or G&L. Price range is under $2000 (I want to get it within a couple of months. Im really sick of the brice).

Can I see a pic of your ibanez? I might be interested.

I did like it a lot when I got it. It is great for what I payed, and I dont regret getting it, because I can play 6 string well now. It just has its little flaws that annoy me. Kinda floppy/muddy low B, cant quite get the intonation right, and it isnt grooved on the side so it is kinda uncomfortable to play fingerstyle. Overall I still think it is a good first 6 string though *shrug*
