yeah but they have no info on that ... I need to roughly estimate
Oh, ok I am afraid i cannot help you with that one, i would imagine that they will be near the end though...

Here's your rough estimation: Blow off the exam.

/Not actually advised, but justifiable.

munky_magik 03-24-2005 04:17 AM

Chris: That's a good track. I love the rhythm tone :) the lead tone is a little too lacking in treble for my liking, but you definitely put that XT to good use.
I've not been too bad, just busy with school and such, How've you been?
Lord A: I have no idea, but I guess 4-5ish.

Thanks man. Yeah, I agree about the lead. I had the treb maxed, and tried lowering the bass to give a more trebley tone, but that didn't work. Oh well, I thought it was decent at least.

Riva 03-24-2005 04:28 AM

I downloaded it, but got a phone call from my girlfriend. Sorry.

ArcLite 03-24-2005 04:31 AM

You don't need to lie to me Jason, you can just tell me you despise listening to my recordings...:)

I have that problem alot myself. Did you EQ it in anyway? And how long did it take to record?

Riva 03-24-2005 04:44 AM

It was good. I enjoyed it, but as Munky said, you need to watch the tone sometimes.

ArcLite 03-24-2005 04:47 AM

Learning it took about an hour, hour and a half between both lead and rhythem. Then recording actaully took no longer than 20 mins. I had the EQ set on my POD while recording, but I bet if I adjust the EQ in my mixing program I can boost than lead's treble up and have it sound better.

Riva 03-24-2005 04:49 AM

Fine then, don't reply to me. :(

Man, but this lasagna is tasty.

Sorry ace, my reply was meant to be to both of you, being that you both critisized the tone.

/Me wants lasagna.

That's what I was thinking. I bet there's a really good EQ program around somewhere.
Anyway, I have classes to attend so I shall see you all later.

ArcLite 03-24-2005 04:54 AM

Later sir, thanks for listening/advising.

Riva 03-24-2005 04:59 AM

Bye Ali.

I just had thirds. Mmmmm, cheesy.

Six Foot Revolver 03-24-2005 05:01 AM

Hello
Bye Munky

Arucard 03-24-2005 05:54 AM

I listen to that recording Borton. Is it just you on guitar on that? There seems to be some funny keyboard **** in the background that doesnt sound like it was done on a computer. Good **** that is. I love Line 6.

ArcLite 03-24-2005 05:57 AM

All the guitars are me, and the keyboard is midi, part of the backing track. Thanks by the way:). I'll be adjusting the lead tone as soon as I get off work.

Arucard 03-24-2005 05:58 AM

My Line 6 Spider II sounded great when recorded. I dunno how those guys do it for so cheap. The lead tone sounded good to me.

ArcLite 03-24-2005 06:00 AM

Yes, Line 6 is very dear in my heart at this point. Yeah, the lead is pretty good, but I need to raise the treble a hair.

Arucard 03-24-2005 06:03 AM

Haha this is classic. The guitarist from my old band that sold us out for some other guys is apologising and generally sucking up to me so we can start playing again! Im not complaining, hes 23 and ****ing amazing, but you know how the tables have turned an' all that jazz.

ArcLite 03-24-2005 06:05 AM

Gotta love the band drama. So you're going to start it up again?

Arucard 03-24-2005 06:06 AM

Dunno. I wanna make him paranoid about my decision first.

I need a bassist before my band can play :upset:

Riva 03-24-2005 06:09 AM

Make him sweat.

It's funny Joe. With that avatar, you remind me of Jason, even though he returned to the catloaf.

Arucard 03-24-2005 06:10 AM

Yeh, i might change it. I look at my own posts and think there his.

:stupid:

Riva 03-24-2005 06:15 AM

Hehe, when I imitated him that night, I kept thinking he was posting, even though I was looking at my own words. :amaze:

Arucard 03-24-2005 06:17 AM

Lets do it.
