Of course it doesn't cause new Kota, in terms of comparing Shades to previous work, sucks. One off the top of my head is A Different Breed of Killer's I, Collossus. Summoning the Wretched, by The Analyst is pretty good also, as well as The Breathing Processes, with In Waking: Divinity (though not really deathcore, I guess). Salt the Wounds, Carnal Repercussions could also be mentioned.

And if you want to consider By The Sins Fell Angels Deathcore, then they blow most others out of the water, with their EP Mass Liberation.

New ASP isn't too bad, its just a let down from their last two records.

I've been listening to A Breath Before Surfacing lately, its pretty good
Veil of Maya is my personal deathcore album of the year, love it

new GOV if it somehow gets released this year, but a better bet will be early 09

The Analyst album was meh, The breathing Process's album was decent...None of those are stand outs they might be decent but nothing I would call good. ASP atleast has some diversity as those other bands sound samey all throughout the album.

for Mirror of Dead Faces, I can see the TBDM influence but they are not a clone at all. Pretty good

I dunno about annoying, but it was their weakest album. Still decent

i thought unhallowed was their weakest. didnt ever really get into that album

nooooo Funeral Thirst beats anything of Miasma

im not saying it didnt have its good songs, but i cant listen to that whole album without skipping a few songs

i can listen to both miasma and nocturnal the entire way through every time i put them in

i dont really use any other site other than this to look up and find out about new music, i dont have the time to look elsewhere, or the patience

rym is really good, i use it all the time but not really to look for new music. i use it to check ratings on albums and to rate my albums
