aye most are between 4-5%. Stella and Export are lovely and dirt cheap in north east too which is good.

@ Frank: oh, I saw a lot of beer of like 2% at the Tesco. Other than that, Stella Artois was the cheapest of the beers of 5% or so. I guess maybe they take dirt cheap beer for bums to a new level here in the Netherlands (barring a lot of the eastern European countries). About €0,35 for a 0,5 litre can.

I enjoy absinthe if it is prepared properly. We don't have the [I]real[/I] stuff in America, though.

I generally drink beers in the range of 8-14% alcohol range. It's more cost effective and flavorful imo.
