haha i think im talking about this exact thing in two different threads, but:

relationships just make me hate the girl im dating. it always starts off great and were all infatuated with each other and whatnot, but eventually i just lose those feelings and start to really notice the things i dont like about her. and then eventually i cant stand her. and then we break up. and in between theres alot of messy dramatic things that arent good for the soul. so in the end, a good thing always ends up being ruined. so im not going to do the relationship for a while. it feels alot better just to have that one night of intimacy, maybe a few more here and there. maybe hang out and ****, but not get into a relationship. not worth ruining the lust.

my average relationship length is between 10 and 18 days. Ive only have one casual hookup, but ive never been in a real relationship really either

Yeah well, thats pretty normal. This has happened to me a few times, and I got into the mindset you have right now for a while. However, you do meet girls that are really worth being with down the road.

yeah i know. and i have. i mean ive had a couple long relationships. not like years, but upwards of 8 months. they always end the same. i just cant stay interested in a person for that long. and it really pisses me off after its all said and done, because its like, 'damn remember how much i used to care about her'. like it just seems like itd be so much better if i just left it at the initial lust feelings instead of going through all the relationshit and ruining them. no sense in dragging it out yknow.

ive hooked up with great people. i just dont get much out of it if i'm not emotionally into them.

Well its up to you to decide what works. I get a little nostalgic myself when I think back to the girls I did have a great time with, but in the end it just didn't work.

i cant feel like that though. if im in a relationship then the sex is incredible when it comes to acting on emotions/etc stuff. if im casually ****ing a girl im really into, i just get depressed because im not dating her and shes probably doing other guys too.
