I was going to join myspace, but then I realized that I didn't want to overload the server with my gigantic number of friends, or the billions of pageviews that would happen on my site every few seconds.

stevensonmat2 09-06-2006 07:49 PM

my fills are boring.

Sunshine 09-06-2006 09:02 PM

Whoo.

New exercise to play with on drums.

I love lessons. They give me a set, tangible goal to work towards every week <3

Sync0pation 09-06-2006 09:03 PM

whAt Iz t3h 3x3rcise?!?!!?!

_Wrathchild_ 09-06-2006 09:04 PM

My lessons start up again on monday. I actually missed my drum teacher. Is that odd?

I don't seem as productive with my practicing during the summer when I don't have lessons, so I'm glad they're starting up again.

ofDooM 09-06-2006 09:04 PM

who do you take lessons from?

EDIT: to sunshine

EDIT: so, last week i broke up with my gf. so, my ex started going crazy...

Y'know, we were going to move to Tucson this year and I was going to go to that one.

But no, I go to the biggest high school in Sierra Vista, Buena High.

"Good High School" my *** =/

But like. Its either that, a weird Christian school, or the tech school [aka, school for people who can't graduate from a sub-standard public school].

Or the one out in Tombstone or Bisbee, but those are stupidly far away.

ofDooM 09-06-2006 10:00 PM

ah, that sucks.

well, im gonna go to sleep in 10 minutes. whoo 8pm!!

Win A Rabbit 09-06-2006 11:42 PM

We set off more fireworks tonight. Someone called the cops on us, and it turns out our permit was no good. He almost wrote us a ticket.

He stops us as we're walking away, and I'm trying to talk nicely to him, since I don't want a ticket. Next thing I know, my friend's girlfriend starts pulling at my hair because apparently I had a big knot. So she's yanking my head back by the hair and I'm trying to ignore her and keep talking to the cop, then I turn around and say "what the hell are you doing???". She looks at me weird, and keeps doing it. "You have a HUUUUGE knot!!!"

She's an idiot.

What do you guys think of this kit setup? I personally think its interesting, just needs alot of cleaning up.

LoneStarDrummer 09-07-2006 12:13 AM

looks a little caodic. i don't really like the hi hat placements and i prefer my toms in descending order, but it's not too bad. it seems like you could get used to it and really like it in the long run

yeah, I'd just prefer the crashes lower and the kit setup a bit more cleanly in general.

LoneStarDrummer 09-07-2006 12:36 AM

the kit's deffinitely got potential to be a really nice set up, but like you said, it could use some cleaning up.
