What's it like to have a concussion?

Once, after doing mushrooms, I had a pounding headache for about 3 days and I just couldn't use my brain at all, the pain was just too much.

I'm guessing it's something like that.

I had a concussion once, back when I was in martial arts. I was sparring with a friend of mine, and I had been knocked down, and when I got back up, I went to hoist him up by the legs (I was a grappler), and my depth perception was a bit off because I missed his legs and he kicked me in the face.

Constant pounding headache, constant nausea, general disorientation, and disjointed thoughts. My vision is really weird too, like I'm on coke really.

I honestly feel so stupid right now. I can't stand it... It's driving me crazy to the point of self destruction, but I can't do anything to sorta numb myself out because I'll probably have to have bloodwork/piss tested when I go to the doctor again and I have no alchohol.
