Mop is deff the best metallic album, without a doubt. but the black album aint as heavy, and a bit too comercial. but still is gud.

i disagree, riff-wise the black album is probably their heaviest work because the riffs are just so...crushingly heavy... but still not "heavy" in the sense of disposable heroes/sanitarium chorus/damage inc etc.

..i'm just learing to play solo's...so which solo is easier to learn.. enter sandman or ride the lightning? or is there something easy that you suggest?

ride the lightning is way way out ouf yor league if your just lerning solos stick with sand man it be handy if u had a wah pedal too

all their albums are great. some i dont like as much, but i do like re/load, and st anger. they arent my favorites by metallica, but still good albums.
my favorites are ride the lightning, master of puppets, and justice for all.

i just can't choose beween any of their albums..lol too hard..ol
