I knda feel bad for bands today :( I got a good ten albums from napster/phYSIical today. It makes me feel like I'm ripping them off. I seriously wouldn't care if I was getting big name bands but since alot of the stuff I'm getting isn't really from millionare bands and I'm sure they're affected by my unspent money.



On the other hand, this is the only place I could get alot this music. Nowhere within 45 minutes of sells anything like this so truly, if I hadn't downloaded their music without paying, I still wouldn't have paid and never been exposed to it so I guess it's for the better.

I try to buy as much music as i can but no where in Ireland has a good enough punk selection in their stores. My local indie store has a few good albums but i bought them so now i can't really buy them without ordering them and waiting 4 months for the import!!!

Yeah man, if you talked to those bands, they'd rather you have the album and not pay than not have it at all, unless they're metallica.

I just got back from a day of Scottish music, food, and games. Had a really good time. Saw one of the better local bands we have (only one I reall know) called Tempest, I've talked about them before, they are a celtic rock band. Good stuff, their first set wasn't good, but the second set was great. The bassist is quite hot too, and played a mean bass. Watched some caber tossing and some other games. Pretty fun game if I do say so myself.

Avoid getting hit in the face? That's what I do. Ihold my arms kinda over my face or up near my face. Greatly reduces the risk of getting hit there.

Get a mouthguard!

I have straight teeth. :D I once got hit on the head by a basketball and chipped a tooth though.

Chairman, i got knocked-out in a pit before. You just really have to take it as it comes. A busted lip would be a minor injury for me. But if you want you can always just stand at the front and avoid the dangerous ones, like me...

Yeah I'm usually in the middle, then I'll crowdsurf to the front, then I stand at the edge corner area or try to push my way to the front again. If I really like a band I'll just push my way to the front and stay there.

Yes,but I'm now afraid because I saw this guy with braces get hit and it cut the whole top of his lip to where he had to get stitches to hold it on.

Vodka is the most disguisting drink i have ever had. I don't drink anymore but i can down anything! I downed (drank in one go) a 1/4 litre bottle of vodka. It was so nasty but i got drunk so it was all good in the end.
When i used to drink everyone always challenged me to a downing competition... i always won! My friend and I bought a load of cans of this lager (or whatever) called Lazer and it's 7.5%. Downing numberous cans of that made me a sad panda

I drank until I vomitted all over my house and passed out. Parents came home and I went to the hospital, hah. I guess because of that my body doesn't like it anymore. :upset:

Why don't you contradict yourself a little more...
If you are that concerned, try ordering music off the internet from sites like interpunk, punkcore, profane existence, hardcore holocaust, etc. Also, you could help bands by buying ther mp3s off sites like itunes, etc. (you'd really be surprised by some of the stuff thats available on itunes)

yayayay i saw GBH last night, i got in an 18 and over show that was 18$ for FREE

and tomorrow, the ADICTS, then 2 more seperate shows after that. Im still debating which one i should go to, a 12$ fleas n lice/toxic narcotic show, OR a free local show

my cousin is going to an adicts showsoon, i'm not sure if it's the same one though,, he lives in nyc sooo i guess if you live anywhere near there you have the possibility of getting to meet my cousin! HOTT D@MN WHAT A POST!!
