I finally went to this head shop near me last night and they ended up not only having a rad selection in pieces and bongs but they also had some awesome graffiti supplies
Got a 33 on the ACT
What year are you? I got a 32 my junior year and never bothered taking it again. Good job, man.

Can anyone send me War is Hell Redux, by the Warriors? Apparently NO ONE has it on soulseek.

bottlerocket 12-29-2006 04:55 PM

Wow, Pat. That's sick.

I thought the ACT was way easier than the SAT. Man, SATs blew hard.

40 oz 2 freedom 12-29-2006 08:39 PM

I'm a senior Andre.

Yeah SAT sucked, got a 1310 on that, which I was not happy with at all.

Seriously. Anybody? Also, Terror - Lowest of the Low? Soulseek isn't working at all for me.

Let's Chop Cats! 12-30-2006 02:07 AM

I have both, but am way too lazy to send **** right now.

AndreTheHyena 12-30-2006 09:12 AM

That's cool, I'll get at you later this afternoon or evening. Do you have AIM?

Picked up Panic, and the first Annihilation Time release, and a Dawn Of The Dead poster at my local record store all for like $23. Cool.

BuddyBigsby 12-31-2006 03:35 AM

I picked up a few 7"s tonight at the show

ANS - Romancing the Phone
ANS / Deadpoint split
Vitamin X - Rip it Out
A-Team / R'n'R split (RNR west coast tour press it looks like)
Quicksand 7" with the CT address for Rev which I guess is kinda rare

raus 12-31-2006 04:24 AM

shane italian: dude

40 oz 2 freedom 12-31-2006 03:50 PM

BuddyBigsby 12-31-2006 04:06 PM
Scott sell me the RNR split
I would but I want to keep it for the A-Team shit. Unless you have something really enticing you'd be willing to trade for it.

Watched Ghost Dog today. Fucking incredible.

Unreasonably good movie. Soundtrack is on par with that of Taxi Driver and A Clockwork Orange.

cbmartinez 01-01-2007 11:38 AM

Oh yeah, and he's rubbing the cream on his ass. Forrest Whitaker is amazing though, a lot of really good symbolism.

Hell yeah, RZA.. Have you seen Coffee & Cigarettes? It's directed by Jim Jarmusch, director of Ghost Dog (and Broken Flowers, good movie), but it kind of sucks. Tries to hard to be artsy. But RZA and GZA are both in it.

BuddyBigsby 01-01-2007 11:53 AM

I think a lot of the subtext and thematic elments flew over my head when I watched it, I need to see it again.

BuddyBigsby 01-01-2007 11:55 AM

I'm making a mix CD/playlist for my brother in an attempt to get him out of **** music. I'm trying to put a variety of stuff on there, because he probably won't be into hardcore.

Any suggestions?

He likes Papa Roach and Nickelback and lots of really bad butt rock so it shouldn't be difficult to impress him.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-01-2007 12:00 PM

Ignite, I swear everyone like this band even if they hate hardcore ex: my mom, sister and cousin who listens to ska.

Bouncing Souls, they just plain rule.

Rise Against, can be catchy.

RetiredAt21 01-01-2007 12:00 PM

Hatebreed?

Yeah, the samurai philosophy was really hard to understand.

The movie reminded though of that chick who was supposed to perform seppuku live on her webcam at midnight. Did that happen? Didn't she pussy out?

Whoa.

BuddyBigsby 01-01-2007 12:16 PM

I've never heard it hari-kari called seppuku before... that would've been interesting though. I never heard about that.

cbmartinez 01-01-2007 12:17 PM

Wait what?

BuddyBigsby 01-01-2007 12:18 PM

I've always known that ritual to be called Hari-Kari. I guess they're synonymous though.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-01-2007 12:19 PM

I've heard both words, I did hear about that chick. She chickened out.
