haha that happens. i only paused from them because i broke my mp3 player, and all hope was lost.

i should ease up on Opeth, i might overdose if i keep it up. if i listen to any other stuff i wont be nearly satisfied right now though..

Futuro 09-01-2006 07:47 PM
mine too!

their stuff is amazing, but id have to be honest and say i dont really like half of ghost reveries..
Ah, I liked Ghost reveries quite abit.

Harlequin Forest (Sp?) is one of my all time favs.

_Wrathchild_ 09-01-2006 07:49 PM

Harlequin Forest was my favourite song on Ghost Reveries. The rest was good too, but it's not my favourite album of theirs or anything.

I'm conflicted of whether to listen to Porcupine Tree or Opeth now :(

ludvista29 09-01-2006 07:50 PM

Porcupine Tree FTW, Listen to futile :)
go on msn kelsey!!1!!! lol

Did you ever get stupid dream?

_Wrathchild_ 09-01-2006 07:55 PM

Yeah, I got someone to send me a copy of it because I couldn't find it in any stores.

I'm not sure which album I'm going to search for next.
For some reason I like buying albums rather than downloading. I like owning the CD and looking through the cover booklets and all that.

ofDooM 09-01-2006 07:56 PM

yeah, i think harlequin was my favorite too. my second favorite would have to be hours of wealth.

atonement just seems a little...strange..?

The rest of the songs were pretty good too, just baying of the hounds had a lot of keyboard effects.

So I just read a article, the US energy department anounced we have 2 trillion barrels worth of oil in colorado, just waiting to be tapped. Thats more oil than the whole middle east combined. Bye bye high gas prices! :)

_Wrathchild_ 09-01-2006 08:23 PM

Yay I finally found a piano teacher. She has a master's in music, so she's definitely qualified. I hope she's relatively strict though. My teacher last year was young and way too nice and never yelled at me when I slacked off. I'm going to take my Grade 7 practical and my Grade 2 theory this year.

I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to have time to practice drums, piano, and harp when I have school and a bunch of other stuff to do though. Meh, I'll find a way.

stevensonmat2 09-01-2006 08:33 PM

Leprechauns1021 09-01-2006 08:33 PM

Yay for not invading Iran!

amirite?

...anyone?

.....anyone at all?

We_Love_Lime 09-01-2006 08:35 PM

Yeah.
You're right I'm with you on this one.
Long Live Lebanon and Iran.

Maybe Hizbollah after they finish rebuilding Lebanon, they can start working on New Orleans.

stevensonmat2 09-01-2006 08:36 PM

haha. seriously if this oil works out we can ignore the rest of the world. we can shoot down most missles they might send at us. Im rooting for some good ol' 1920's-like isolationism!

We_Love_Lime 09-01-2006 08:42 PM

I wanna be the next Che Guevara.
I wanna fight for something, but since I'm a white upperclass man livinig in the United States, I can't really.

I should call myself "The Umbrella Man" after Tony Hernandez.
I'd be so badass.

Or you could just call me Lime.

The incredible Lime, going to liberate everyone from the evils of the world, poverty, and the hypocritical government.

stevensonmat2 09-01-2006 08:44 PM

I could totally see 50 years from now a show on the histroy channel titled:
"The Hunt for Lime: America's Citrus Insurgent."

We_Love_Lime 09-01-2006 08:47 PM

Hah.
You know it bitch.

Janeway 09-01-2006 08:54 PM

We can ignore the rest of the world with out the oil, but I highly doubt we will.

I'd like to move to Ireland. They're too busy fighting amongst themselves in their own drunken squalor to bother with anybody else. Potatos, porridge, and shepherd's pie are my favorite, too.

stevensonmat2 09-01-2006 08:58 PM

porridge is like a poor mans oatmeal. Or maybe its the same. I dont know.

Janeway 09-01-2006 09:00 PM

It's the same, but with fruit.

I think.

stevensonmat2 09-01-2006 09:03 PM

which has fruit?(My oatmeal doesnt that for sure)

Leprechauns1021 09-01-2006 09:08 PM

ATTN: EVERYBODY

Lime is a conceited bastard. I dont know about you, but i do not in fact love lime, therefore making his username "We Love Lime" offensive to me on a personal level. I demand that he changes it immediately. Something alone the lines of "I am Lep's bitch" would suffice for now.

Thank you and good day
Ever heard of the IRA?

Why are you getting cookies by UPS?

I just realized I'm starting to like a lot of stuff on the radio now. Is something wrong with me? I just downloaded the new evanescence song :upset:.
Not getting, sending.

My "friend" is really way sick..I WAS going to make soup and UPS it overnight, but it woulda cost like $40 or $50 and I don't have a job right now. So instead I bought a coupla cans of soup and baked cookies and UPSed them..but it was $15, and the package won't get there 'til next Friday..and I couldn't afford more than that =(
Ever heard of the IRA?
They've been relatively inactive for the last few years.

I'm also not moving to Northern Ireland, and I'm pretty sure nobody is going to feel obligated to nuke the shit out of Ireland in the immediate 40 or so more years I expect to live.

And I probably won't ever get out of New York, because the homicide rates are going through the roof around here, and that's good for Funeral Business.

Sync0pation 09-02-2006 12:11 AM

LOG's new album Sacrament is fantastic.

ofDooM 09-02-2006 12:14 AM

i still havent gone 'round to listening to that yet.

EDIT: night everyone.
