capri sun junkie 01-07-2005 08:11 PM

That site is now passworded.

CONNER_NWHC 01-07-2005 08:14 PM

Ya i gave the password and user name a few pages back.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-07-2005 08:17 PM

I listened to it all except the last 2 songs. It is deffinently a good album. Can't say there were any parts that I didn't expect form COmeback Kid though (not that it's a bad thing).

victimofreality 01-07-2005 08:20 PM

That is so cool. You are a genius.

capri sun junkie 01-07-2005 08:34 PM

Oh, I didn't notice it... My bad.

THIS F'ucking rules.

Edit:copy and paste the link because people who run the site can see where your coming from.
Wow, how'd you find that??

EDIT: I was kind of disappointed. Still really good though. I just expected it to all be amazing. I haven't listened to it all yet, so maybe it'll get better. I'm liking 'Our Distance'

And I've decided not to listen to any more so as to not ruin the surprise.

NewKindofArmy03 01-07-2005 10:46 PM

I tried resisting, but I couldn't help it, i'm listening to it now.

EDIT-I'm only going to listen to 3 of the songs, I don't want to ruin it either.

Another EDIT-this is nowhere near as good as Turn it Around, it doesn't have as much energy.

BuddyBigsby 01-08-2005 01:42 AM

Shane got slam dunk'd like a bitch tonight.

cbmartinez 01-08-2005 12:46 PM

Terror's bassist does some cool shit.

shane italian 01-08-2005 02:07 PM
Shane got slam dunk'd like a bitch tonight.
Hahahaha, sorry I didn't talk much and left after that...the whole thing with stealing the car and stuff and having to jet home. Yeah, you know how it goes. Good show last night though.

CONNER_NWHC 01-08-2005 02:20 PM

Im not sure i've never herd the From Ashes Rise song. Does it sound the same?

NewKindofArmy03 01-08-2005 02:21 PM

It's not, the FAR song has a slow intro thats like a minute long.

But on another hand, I like this song, it's better then the others.

CONNER_NWHC 01-08-2005 02:26 PM

I own when it comes to finding leaked CBK.

NewKindofArmy03 01-08-2005 02:27 PM

How did you find it? I looked on other boards and didn't find it posted anywhere.

CONNER_NWHC 01-08-2005 02:28 PM

the local board i go to www.nwhardcore.com

shane italian 01-08-2005 02:31 PM

Ok, so last night I stole my car and drove about 60 miles with no license or insurance to see Internal Affairs and Life or Death in Corona. It was a ****ing fun show. I met Buddy. I got caught and am grounded 2 months.

CONNER_NWHC 01-08-2005 02:32 PM

Why wernt you alound to drive in the first place? and was it worth it?

BuddyBigsby 01-08-2005 02:36 PM

Because he doesn't have a license. Shane, what band did you show up during? I didn't notice you until Verse. My point being that one of the earlier bands, Have Heart, really surprised me and were really really fucking good.

shane italian 01-08-2005 02:44 PM

Every band I saw last night were just plain old awesome. I loved the Verse's set though, so much energy.

Hardcore.

I hear a ton of good things about Have Heart and Verse, I need to check them out.

shane italian 01-08-2005 02:49 PM

I was suprised that Scott Vogel was at the show, I would think he would stick to LA. And I don't want to seem like a little girl, but I was stoked to see Nick Jett walking around.

cbmartinez 01-08-2005 03:07 PM

/me wishes I was hardcore enough to know who those people are

Anyway, that sucks about the car but that is scene points ++, stealing a car to go to a show. I thought you had met buddy before?

BuddyBigsby 01-08-2005 04:12 PM
I was suprised that Scott Vogel was at the show, I would think he would stick to LA. And I don't want to seem like a little girl, but I was stoked to see Nick Jett walking around.
...Vogel was there?

obese_breasts 01-08-2005 07:12 PM

Yea, I am with cb on this one, who are these people?

NewKindofArmy03 01-08-2005 07:26 PM

Scott Vogel is the vocalist in Terror.
I think Nick Jett is from Carry On.

shane italian 01-08-2005 07:46 PM
...Vogel was there?
Yeah dude, he would two step and do some windups every now and then. He was wearing a winbreaker, jeans, and some nikes. He was chewing gum the whole time too.

And yes, Nick Jett plays drums in Carry On and Terror. He rules.

NewKindofArmy03 01-08-2005 07:47 PM
He was chewing gum the whole time too.
Haha, that made me LOL for some reason.

shane italian 01-08-2005 07:54 PM
Haha, that made me LOL for some reason.
He had a lot in his mouth, or so it looked like it. Like those packages with the baseball player cartoon on it.

shane italian 01-08-2005 07:54 PM

Oh, and Pride Kills are playing with Where Eagles Dare tonight in Dallas.

NewKindofArmy03 01-08-2005 07:58 PM
Like those packages with the baseball player cartoon on it.
I haven't had that since I was 8.

The new Pride Kills is out in April on Thorp Records. This year is the best for music.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 01-08-2005 09:50 PM

I don't like Where Eagles Dare's singer's voice too much. They sound pretty awesome though otherwise.

Anyone like Crime In Stereo?
www.purevolume.com/crimeinstereo if you haven't heard them.

NewKindofArmy03 01-08-2005 09:59 PM

FROM THE EAST COAST TO THE WEST COAST, GOTTA GOTTA GO

I love this song, i'm putting it on repeat.
