Please kill him. I hate the guy.

Creedence Clearwater 09-13-2004 07:54 PM

Discussing the state of the music industry today only ends up getting classic rocks fans frustrated, maybe everyone should just ask me obscure question about bob Dyaln for me to answer....

Badmoon 09-13-2004 07:54 PM

Badmoon349...taking on the world's leaders one day at a time.

Against Miik! 09-13-2004 08:30 PM

Hey Badmoon, anymore Grateful Dead suggestions similar to Me and My Uncle? I don't really want to listen to jam stuff, so it's an actual song.

Broken Arrow 09-13-2004 08:31 PM

I cant do it :upset:

Mankind_ 09-14-2004 09:09 AM

Whatever happened to all the intelligent Classic Rock conversation? It seems like recently it's turned into everybody hating Badmoon and arguing with/about him and stuff. What the hell?

Paranoidd 09-14-2004 09:14 AM

He's messing with Canadians.

Freshly burned CD's for my broke arse at work today:

John Lennon - Imagine
Jeff Buckley - Grace
Allman Brothers Live @ Fillmore East
Rush - Feedback
Pink Floyd - Ummagumma

Hopefully will make this shyt day better.

After awhile being here, I've came to the conclusion that these are my MX brothers. Meaning I can insult there country, and they can try tto be mean and o so serious, but they realize it's all in good fun, or they tell mom

Badmoon 09-14-2004 09:35 AM

I just got out of school sick

*isn't sick*

Paranoidd 09-14-2004 09:37 AM

Bastard, I wanted to call in sick to work.

Paranoidd 09-14-2004 10:00 AM

Yeah I was sampling it last night, I had to burn it. Hes got a really nice voice.

If you're a big Buckley fan, I swear that PJ Harvey (who is a modern artist) reminds me of a female version of him. Shes awesome.

edit: So does Thom Yorke for that matter, but I know I'll get flamed for that.

[QUOTE=rock not roll]We don't have enough classic rock talk in R&M. Which is why I don't post here alot :thumb:

Led Zeppelin
The doors

The rolling stones.
The eagles
The who
Van Halen x10000000000000000000000 :D

You act like we all only like Classis Rock. I'm obviously a huge Jam Band fan, a Bluegrass, Roots, and Alternative fan also.

It's not that, theres just no point in continually bringing up discussion of modern rock in a classic thread. We're obviously all here because we are especially partial to the classics.

I feel that if I don't mention it, I'm going to get the "this is a classic rock thread" reply.

Badmoon 09-14-2004 12:50 PM

^By, noobs. I'm happy to hear what any of the regulars want to say about anything.

Paranoidd 09-14-2004 12:51 PM

Allman Brothers live @ Fillmore East, 1971

Does it get much better than this?

Badmoon 09-14-2004 12:51 PM
