I'll probably go to bed in a little it as well. Maybe after Coheed and Cambria is over.

Surtr 04-08-2006 11:27 PM

Two songs left in Tell All Your Friends..After this I'm out too lol

So in this one day I've gotten almost 150 posts..lol I started the day off with somethin' like..3,905 posts or so?

Surtr 04-08-2006 11:36 PM

Omfg..Double post..I'm out now. It's been a productive day for me..About 150 posts and not a single bit of studyin' for my exams :)

Mute Print 04-08-2006 11:39 PM

Hahaha.

Later Stew.

BridgeToSolace 04-08-2006 11:44 PM
Haha..I woulda' never wanted to leave that class..Not bad for an Atheist lol, not wanting to leave a Religion class :p
I'm an atheist too, but I'd still like to take a religion class.

Interesting ****.

Mute Print 04-08-2006 11:46 PM

It would be pretty cool to take a class that discussed all different religions.

I think Matt goes to a Catholic/Christian school, so I'm guessing his class is just about that.

My parent's made me take religious classes at my church for like 8 years. It was lame as hell. I'm not religious, but I don't necessarily consider myself atheist either. I don't know exactly what to believe.

B 04-09-2006 12:02 AM

Actually our religion classes are so ****ing lame. My teacher reads **** and it's all like "the all mighty and loving God will watch over us and take care of us because he loves us so deeply" and other annoying bull****.

It's ****ing lame. I want to switch schools.

Mute Print 04-09-2006 12:03 AM

Haha, that sounds about right. That was what my religion classes were too.

I'm glad I go to a public school instead of one of the private Catholic schools in this area.

B 04-09-2006 12:11 AM

Seriously who the hell can say that without wanting to shoot themselves? It sounds so stupid.

I wish I went to the public school because of that.

Mute Print 04-09-2006 12:14 AM

Hahaha. I hate my school, but I think it'd be even worse if I had to set through 40 minutes of "praise god" type religion class every day.

B 04-09-2006 12:16 AM

Yeah except ours is 72 minutes of it

Mute Print 04-09-2006 12:18 AM

Ouch. That's horrible.

B 04-09-2006 12:19 AM

Yes. Yes it is.

I'm actually going to bed this time.

Even though I said that 2 hours ago.

Have fun birna.

Mute Print 04-09-2006 12:20 AM

I'm going to bed too. Later Brandon.

Puma 04-09-2006 05:39 AM

Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/KevinBr14/smiley.gif

Someone make that my avatar and I'll lve you for the rest of my life. When I shrink it to 70x70 you can't read it. And let's not kid ourselves. It's adorable!

Kif 04-09-2006 06:08 AM

I'd love to, but I still need some photo editing software for my Mactop.

But just open the picture in Paint, then copy the actually picture (Not the text) and make that 70 pixels wide. Then copy the next and move that around it at the bottom.

billiejoe84 04-09-2006 06:15 AM

Aww, aint that sweet.

So, what am I gonna do with my Sunday? I'm horribly tempted to go and make a filthy fry-up. Yeah. That'll horrify my vegetarian lady friend when I go to meet her later, as an added bonus.

Kif 04-09-2006 06:20 AM

Saves The Day is officially out tomorrow. Let's just hope HMV has the decency to have it so I can purchase it. Mind you, they have been getting better with stocking albums I actually want now the "emo" craze is picking up.

billiejoe84 04-09-2006 06:21 AM

Ah, I hate the emo craze. Bloody MCR and new Green Day.

Hmmm. That seems like too much work. I was actually hoping one of the mods around these parts would just set it as my avatar. Everyone's got bigger avatars these days anyway. How you been Kif?

Kif 04-09-2006 07:16 AM

I won my avatar, but it seems bugging the mods works sometimes too.

I'm good, 2 weeks off from 6th form. However, I'm considering going in on Tuesday because I have a lot of work to do that I can't do from home. How about you Kev?

Gnarmageddon 04-09-2006 07:45 AM

I'm sick today. :(

Kif 04-09-2006 07:49 AM

I bet you aren't as sick as your avatar

Gnarmageddon 04-09-2006 07:53 AM

You're right. He has more to worry about than a sore throat and a fever.

Kif 04-09-2006 07:55 AM

I saw The Hills Have Eyes in Asda for £4 (The original), which I'm considering getting. I don't watch movies that much nowadays because most new ones I pick apart and tend to hate (To be fair, most new movies are hateable from the start, but whatever). But I really liked the look of the remake, and the review of the original I read is decent.

I miss good movies.

Gnarmageddon 04-09-2006 08:05 AM

I heard The Hills Have Eyes was good.

I can't wait until Silent Hill comes out. It looks sweet.

Kif 04-09-2006 08:09 AM

I'm liking the look of that a lot more now. From the minute it came out I thought it would be another psychological "The Ring" kind of movie which isn't scary at all. But from the trailer it looks bloody good.

There tends to be a trend every year saying "Wow this must be the worst year ever for movies" because studios release their weaker films at the beginning of the year, saving their better ones for closer to the Oscars.

That said, there's been a few good movies this year: V For Vendetta, Inside Man, and Thank You For Smoking have all been released in the past month or so.

Oh dude I saw a clip of the movie where Pyramid Head is coming and all these people are trying to run inside a place but a girl gets caught by him. He takes off her clothes and then rips her skin off. Fucking intense!

the-UK-ska-scene 04-09-2006 09:35 AM

Alright girls how are you all?

I was just about to say I saw V For Vendetta last night and it was awesome. Very timely. The bit where they're all like "Show everyone how much they need us" or something, then it cuts to the news which is
-civil war
-water shortage
-bird flu
it's uncanny, that's EXACTLY what UK news is like at the moment. Very sly movie, brilliant rip of current press & gov in UK.

In general though there have been a lot of lacking movies over the past few years though, most of which are sequels which should have never been made in the first place. I can't remember the last good comedy I saw that was released recently, and horror movies are very weak now too.

Inside Man is one of the only movies I've wanted to see from watching the trailer of late, it looks really good I think. I want to see Slither as well.
