I'm only one 1625, classical anyone?

NP: The Byrds-One Hundred Years From Now
I'm not 1625, too. I guess more Borouqe than classical.
edit- and yes, I know what crab cakes are...we have some in the fridge right now...I love crab cakes. I always just called it "that block of crab meat".
 I was going to say... You saying you'd never heard of a crabe cake was weirder than IAI saying he'd never heard of the Dave Mathews Band in the Top 100 Modern Rock Bands poll.

Isn't Baroque just like an era of classical music?

Krabsworth 10-22-2005 04:46 PM
Isn't Baroque just like an era of classical music?
You realize that if you update XP, Microsoft can track you and find out if your XP is pirated or not?

Just go get a licensed operating system, you'd be better off.

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 04:50 PM

ok, and so i dont think u guys will get the stuff unless u want it one by one

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 04:57 PM
Of course not.
Britton 10-22-2005 04:57 PM

jpj 10-22-2005 04:57 PM
Okay cool you had me worried there for a minute
No, it is illegal (to the best of my knowledge anway).

MBS 10-22-2005 04:58 PM
well depends how well u cover ur tracks
Not really, Microsoft can tell if you download an update because you connect directly to Microsoft's servers and they see what kind of operating system you run and they can tell if it's legal or not.

You can't "cover your tracks"
this mailing list stuff is legal right?
Technically, no.
but isnt it jsut like aim were u can directly connect and give ppl music? or pretty much like that
That's illegal.

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 04:59 PM

It's illegal to send albums over AIM, that feature is intended for pictures, videos, and other things the person who is sending the file created or has legal rights of reproduction over.

MBS 10-22-2005 05:02 PM
i think its legal cuz they ahve prezzy much the same thing on aim
That's for sharing photos and stuff that's YOURS, not music which is the record company's.

JPJ said it better.

PinkFreud 10-22-2005 05:03 PM

its most definitely illegal. just because they have direct connect on aim doesnt mean its legal.

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 05:04 PM

gotchya

jpj 10-22-2005 05:04 PM

Pretty much if you receive an album over the internet for free, most likely, it's illegal.

MBS 10-22-2005 05:05 PM

Unless it's your friends album and he's sending it to you as a gift.

magicbus 10-22-2005 05:10 PM

Ok I just sent out David Gilmour. Can anybody send me Quake 1 or 2? I really need to play these games, and I've looked everywhere.

Woodstock 10-22-2005 05:13 PM

Spirit's s/t is great. I would say it easily beats Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus.

The Family That Plays Together beats both of them, IMO.
