Deus - The Jake Shimabukuro album is on it's way, and I'll get "Out of the Blue" for you later this week.
Anyway you could send me that Jake Shimabukuro album too, I really want to hear some more of him. yankee_jay420@yahoo.com
You didn't get it 'cause YSI is still telling me to stand by, sending file. I've been waiting for like half an hour. Should I resubmit it?
I'd keep waiting for it.

That sucks about the Clapton/Allman bootleg Schyma. Anyone have any Blind Faith bootlegs? I finally bought Blind Faith s/t today. I've had it on my computer for a while, but I saw it in a store for the first time in my life today, so I had to buy it. It's the kind of album I feel I need to own a real copy of.

Blind Faith bootlegs would be awesome. Its such a shame they only made one album.

MBS 10-22-2005 03:23 PM

Deus - Did you get it? YSI said "The document contains no data" on firefox, I think that means it failed.

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 03:26 PM

hey yall know u can use bearshare or limwire right?

thickasabrick 10-22-2005 03:30 PM
And the Hippie award for today goes to....

Was it better than Celstial Seasonings?
Me and my friend's surpassed Celestial Seasonings long ago! They still make the best bagged tea though, me and my friends specialize in loose tea (it's a lot fresher and more flavourful).

And I'm not sure why I like tea so much, all my close friends do actually...I've never really thought that it might seem odd to other people. Our parents think we are wacko because sometimes we'll spend an entire night just making new types of tea.

I've been listening to Bringin' It All Back Home about twice a day for the past couple weeks...it's bound to wear out eventually, but I just can't stop. What albums are you guys hooked on lately?

Walrus Gumboot 10-22-2005 03:32 PM

Hey look Schyma, another Texan Hippie!

I keep on trying to upload John Scofield's A Go-Go in vain. Every time it doesn't work, my resolve gets stronger. Even though no one asked for it. And nobody will probably download it because they have already been on album binges, but still, I upload

EDIT: Heh, tea alchemists

You might have a future in that. My dad knows a guy that started a tea company, and now they are served in Buckingham Palace

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 03:34 PM

once more bearshare or limewire, music at ur fingertips

u know it!!!!

I've never heard it, if you ever get it uploaded....you should send it to me for sure. I've listened to every album that has been sent to me, although everyone is saying that they have craploads of albums in their inboxes today...I haven't checked mine. And I've actually never made mushroom tea before Schyma, but next time we get mushrooms we are making mushroom tea. Mushrooms aren't very common around here in in the fall and winter, a new "shipment" of them comes in maybe every couple months and that has to feed the entire city. Regina likes its mushrooms too, so you gotta know when they are coming ahead of time so you can be sure to get some before they sell out.

edit- and Walrus, I actually plan on starting my own coffeeshop. It's gonna have hookah's in it too. The Kashmir Cafe, quality tea and tobacco. Heh heh. I daydream a lot. It's always weird calling you Walrus...haha, your name is Amanda isn't it? Can I call you Amanda instead of Walrus?

PinkFreud 10-22-2005 03:40 PM

robo2448 10-22-2005 03:58 PM

awesome. I think Can't Find My Way Home is my favorite Blind Faith song right now. That changes a lot though, all their songs are amazing. Yes all 6 of them.

I'll try once more

Thickasabirck- Amanda's fine, and you're typing like you're wasted

I think I'll go to my lame-ass homecomming and pray that none of my underclassman stalkers get enough balls to aks me out

And We're Only In It For The Money is hillarious

Doctor Night 10-22-2005 03:59 PM

So I bought Hammer of the Gods today. I'm not gonna put it down.

Fnnrqwin 10-22-2005 04:02 PM

If the Gilmour one's already been sent out then I didn't get it. Just incase, the email is derekjapan@gmail.com...

I have some Zep boots, but it's really just the Led Zeppelin DVD ripped into audio, individual concerts. And I also have Pink Floyd's Live In Pompeii audio, if anybody wants it...

I'm typing like I'm wasted? That's weird. I'm a little high if that maybe explains things...although I didn't think I was posting in any non-normal way.

I love We're Only In It For The Money, I wish I had that album. My friend has it so he always brings it along, and we hang out like several times a week so I can listen to it whenever I want really.

I've never read The Hammer of the Gods! I've a huge Zeppelin fan, and I've heard that's their best bio...and I've read Jim Morrison's bio by the same author and it's amazing (I've read it dozens of times!). I actually just started reading Dylan's Chronicles again the other day...that's a great book. I wonder when he's gonna come out with another one (I'm assuming since he had "Part 1" or whatever, he'll come out with a Part 2).

I kinda wanna go to the library...it closes in less than an hour though and I like to take my time there...hmmm.
wait what do u mean
He means that Limewire and Bearshare are full of viruses and spyware and everytime you download something, chances are you've got a virus.

My advice: Uninstall it all and run a couple spyware/virus scans.

robo2448 10-22-2005 04:09 PM

Chronicles is really an amazing book. Dylan is not only an amazing songwriter but I think he's an excellent writer in general. The book is really well-written IMO, and he really describes everything so vividly. That was an awesome book.

Yeah, so a part kinda spontaniously occured at my house last night, and my parents went out again tonight, and I got these frozen crab cakes which I took out of the freezer, and I can't find them anywere.

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 04:10 PM

yeah my dad took my comp from me and scrubed it himself, but most of the time spy sweeper took care of those bugs

Yeah he writes prose exactly like he writes poetry/songs. He's such a great writer. He should churn out some books, just for kicks.

He should write childrens books! :D Haha, although he was never a very cheerful guy...I wouldn't want to see The Ballad of Hollis Brown made into a children's book. Heh heh.

Madonna did it, why can't Bob Dylan?

In other news, Obi One Kendodi is bound to find those crab cakes someday, now or later

hippiemusic101 10-22-2005 04:15 PM

do yall like yes or csn?

robo2448 10-22-2005 04:17 PM
do yall like yes or csn?
Yep. I think everyone here likes CSN(Y). And a bunch of people like Yes too. I like Yes a lot but they can get kind of old after a while.
