Yeah I can imagine there will be, a lot of the trust principles are derived from common law, purpose trusts to do with charities are covered by statute, as are the powers and duties of trustees, but stuff like fiduciaries duty of care and valid constitution in express trusts is all common law really.

Do you study Jurisprudence ? I've got a mandatory half module on it next year, I'm excited to study it really, most other people in my year group are dreading it.

Ahh they broke up issues to do with property into two parts this year, trusts and land law.

Land Law exam is tomorrow, going over co-ownership and easements now, really easy stuff.

Well... considering everyone else accepts that I put on weight after I slipped a disk in my back and have since lost weight, it seems like you're just butthurt that Chad and I used to call you fat.
