If you consider that to be the greatest solo ever, you have no right to belittle my music tastes. It was just sounds, and that's the worst kind of music. It's just pretencious.

His late 70s stuff is all pretty much typical of the no-wave scene and is pretty distant to some of his other stuff as far as structure and musicality goes.

edit: that solo was nowhere near deliberate, that's what makes it unmusical. music is an artful representation of sounds. this is what makes Sunn 0))) not music imo too.

I think how he made the sounds was deliberate, but the actual solo wasn't. It's not supposed to be from what I can make out.
