i havent had a soda in months

For me it's usually water, tea and milk, I try and avoid soda for obvious health reasons but sometimes I give in.

i haven't in like a week. not planning on it from here on out though.

it's pretty amazing how i'm really health conscious in some ways, and then pretty much hit rock bottom in other areas. oh well at least im doing something right.

Same here lol, I eat f[B]u[/B]cking horrible for the most part (trying to get better) but I work out and try and drink healthy stuff.

i was never very health conscious until i started working out and running this past spring. now i eat 4 meals a day, no snacks other than protein bars, and i spend quite a few minutes a day adding up calories and grams of protein in my head. im not quite to that health freak status, but im definitely straddling the line of becoming one. i started doing it for the opposite reason than most people tho, i intended to gain weight as i was a measly 137lbs. in just 2 months of working out daily and consuming insane amounts of protein ive put on just under 30lbs, while running 2 miles a day. pretty good id say.

all this talking about eating is making me hungry, i'm going to find something to eat

That's good Anthony, will help you be in better shape for boot camp and such, I had 2 friends who went into the army, one worked out an insane amount and became extremely fit in a few months, the other continued his normal lifestyle and went in incredibly out of shape, probably did him in.

I pretty much eat whatever I want and make sure I get some sort of exercise in every day, even if it's just like going for a walk around the block or something, and I've been steadily losing weight. I was like 220 at one point and now I'm like 155-160.
Being vegetarian may have something to do with it. |
yeah thats what originally got me doing it. now im just in love with it. going to the gym is literally what i look forward to every day. and it just feels really ****ing good to be in great shape.

ive been thinking about doing some mma. they have muay thai and bjj at the gym i go to. but id have to take a few months out once i go into the service so ill most likely just wait until i get assigned to my tech school base and start taking it at the city near that. plus, by that time ill be in killer shape and will be able to dominate.

dude itd probably be a good *** fight. youre quite beastly but the way ive been beefing up is surprising even myself. its not unreasonable to think im gonna be well over 185 by the time i ship out in december/january. and i got dat quickness! |
i'm not really quick at all, but i'm flexible, punch/kick extremely accurately and hard, and my groundgame is decent. and yeah i'm huge and strong.
