idk, we call those ppl "Proleten" and the dictionary says its "redneck" in english ^^ |
bogans man. Think a sophisticated blend of white trash and chav and you get a bogan. Urbanisation of a chav, uncouthness of a redneck. They have a fondness for mullets and wifebeaters as well. plus they are mega racists and usually live in the suburbs.
|

Illinois FTW
I noticed a little bump on my wrist a few weeks ago. I've had wrist pain on and off for years, from the combination of guitar playing, tennis playing, and computer time. Lately my wrist has been hurting like a mother****er in the night. I'm home on break this week, and I showed my wrist to my mom. She's had carpel tunnel surgery three times, and works in a hospital. As soon as she saw it, she said "Oh, that's a ganglion" I wiki'd it, and found out some stuff. I'm getting a doctor's appointment for it. This is getting close to one of my biggest fears: Not being able to play guitar anymore. |
Lee: I had bump on my playing wrist a few months ago, so I took it easy with my playing and the bump went away on its own.
Yeah, but you're not in depths of it. Its get worse north of I-10. I'm talking the number of church > number of secular buildings |
Tallahassee should be pretty bad.
So how serious is that, Lee? I don't know jack **** about medical stuff. |
Apparently it's not that big of a deal, but it can cause other things.
And if you have surgery to get it removed, it can keep coming back. :(
They are believed to be caused by overuse of a specific joint, which results in the degeneration of the surrounding fibrous tissue and the development of a cystic structure. Ganglia are especially common in people who perform repetitive or strenuous activity with the wrist, including weight lifters, gymnasts, waiters, tennis and golf players, and musicians.
Also, a nice pic http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2e/Ganglion-cyst.jpg/398px-Ganglion-cyst.jpg |

|
Illinois FTW
I'll be there in a month or so. Well, St. Louis area at least. About the ganglion, go to a really good massage therapist man, they'd be able to help you a bit. |
We even have that kind of **** here.
|
lol store your left over bibles here
|
I definitely had a ganglion cyst. just take it easy for a bit and see if starts to go away.
|
 Topics fit together perfectly
One traditional method of treating a ganglion tumor was to strike the lump with a large, heavy book, causing the cyst to rupture and drain into the surrounding tissues. Since even the poorest households often possessed a bible, this was commonly used, which led to the nicknaming of ganglion cysts as "Bible Bumps"
|
