Well I gave a lot of christian bands many listens but it all sounded generic to me and it sounds like all christian bands just follow trends.

Downloading the newest Michael W. Smith album does not constitute as giving a lot of Christian bands many listens.

Who the hell is Micheah W Smith, I was a christian and I wanted to find good christian metal so I asked a lot of message boards and I looked up wikipedia christian metal bands but I liked none of it.

I dont like them too much, but you were right about me being close minded toward christian music it's just regular music with christrian lyrics, there probably is many christian bands I would like but I'm not worried about it because I'm not even christian anymore.

No, I was looking for christian several months ago and I only listened to christian music because I was trying to be a christian to see what it was all about and if it was real(a very odd phase). Now I listen to whatever I like and if it happens to be a christian band then whatever and if it happens to be something else, I dont really care because music is just music.

Very true...you really have to look hard to find the good ones. But...they are there.

There are also probably lots of bands out there that you like that are christian that you don't know are christian.

I'm not really sure if you're trying to list them as a good Christian band or whatever that doesn't fall into trends, but I'm guessing they're not since one of their songs on their myspace page is entitled "Olympia is a Motherf***er."

Yo guys I state whether or not bands I've seen live are good or bad, omg I'm a homo.

They are playing on December 3rd about half an hour away from me. Itll b tight.

Yeah there is a guy in the suburbs over here that puts on shows for all of the new Solid State and Tooth and Nail bands when they come around. Its nice because I don't have to go to the city, or pay a bunch of money.

And Oh Sleeper is playing there 1/22 and 2/22. Nice!
