24 was alright this week, Efilnikufesin.

RCA 03-21-2005 09:06 PM

24 was great. I got my grandma to tell me the highlights of the story so far, and I caught on to this episode pretty quickly. Looks interesting, I'll definately keep watching.

Measure on a greatness scale of 1-10.

thickasabrick 03-21-2005 09:08 PM

My last name is Hosie...I don't have any cool stories or anything like that. My grandpa was from Scotland, so I'm assuming it's a Scottish name.

Although being a Canadian with the name Hosie always makes for repetitive conversations when I go down to the US. (Hosie/Hoser)

Nobody pronounces my name right, even in Canada. :/ That is, unless they speak French, or live in Quebec. In the states, finding someone who can pronounce it is rare. It's realy not that hard either.

/last name is Clouthier

Riva 03-21-2005 09:13 PM
Holy crap that's high.

I'm only getting a 3.2 or something.
I graduated with an OP 4. If you don't know what that is, it is the top 4% of the State of Queensland.

Hey, Clout-hy-ear.

My last name is Hellmuth. Oh yeah. HELLmuth.

As in, Hell's Mouth. Which is better than Hell's foot, I guess.
Measure on a greatness scale of 1-100.
I'd give it an 85/100. Good, but not phenomenal like last week's :)

That doesn't mean that there are more twists thrown into the mix, though. That's always inevitable no matter what show you are getting into.

Very close. I don't no why there is an h in my name, Cloutier would make more sense. It's more like Clou-tee-ay. Unless, I pronounced wrong and that's what you ment.

RCA 03-21-2005 09:17 PM

AntiHero, do you watch Lost? I'm currently sucked into that show.

Too bad the network plays re-runs every third week.

Kurtz 03-21-2005 09:19 PM

Everyone pronounces my name as Stean [rhymes with bean], when really it's Stein [almost rhymes with time].

I was thinking of changing my surname to Goldstein later in life, but it would be pretty upsetting to the rest of my family.

"Clou-tee-ay" as in "clow" or "cloo"?

Cloo-tee-ay. That's how I was gonna guess it. I know a few people with similiar French names. Maybe I'm wrong though (hopefully I haven't been pronouncing everyone with similiar names wrong).

Riva 03-21-2005 09:19 PM

Oh, my accent makes things a bit worse. That's sort of what I meant, Brad.

Internet accents eh? :)

Ah, it's quite interesting. The story throws you a new road each episode, but not so drastic to the point where you have no idea what's going on and lose interest.

I'm tired. Night night everyone.

You try typing with an Australian accent.

I've seen that show, and I thought it was great. Unfortunately, I'm usually too busy to watch it.

The only show that I keep up with weekly is Six Feet Under. The only drag is that it's on at midnight on Sundays and it's an hour long. Anyone here watch Six Feet Under?

Yes, Cloo-tee-ay is correct.

Nope.

The old Guitar Stronghold had something like 100,000 posts.
