Those guys are cooler.

They have this awesome cover of Metallica's Orion on their album, and they do a pretty good job, especially considering they only have two guitars.
The percussive sounds they get out of those things are crazy.

I played my first tournament for school this year. Im a soph and im playing on the varsity team, an accomplishment in itself.....and i won!

I was born and raised in Los Angeles: South Pasadena to be exact. Played trombone until eights grade when I got braces and switched to drums.
Got first set when I was 15. Ludwig five piece mod orange. In the last 31 years I have owned over 100 kits, always looking for the "perfect" kit. Now I just buy ones I want. Circunstance allow this, and I am very lucky. While in LA I was a secession drums, did comercial work, played in many bands in venues such as the Hollywood Bowl, LA Collisium (sp) Trubador, Viper room, Starwood, Gazarri's Roxy, Rose Bowl, march with USC Trojan Spirit of Troy band in two Rose Bowl Parades, played jazz, big band, dixieland, rock, country....everything except metal. Now I play in a Celtic band and a Who cover band in indy. I play about 100 shows a year, and 90% are out of state. In two weeks we record our next CD.
