Lol. Analyzing Teletubbies. :p

My brother used to like them. Now look at him, he's 7 years old...

*checks Internet Explorer's history*

...and looking at cartoon porn.

My god, where the hell did I go wrong?

Lay_Down_The_Groove 09-11-2004 05:03 PM

 never thought there would be someone on here explaining teletubbies :thumb:

e p 09-11-2004 05:05 PM

Cartoon porn? At 7? I didn't start getting into that stuff untill like 10. Wow.

:p

Yeah LDTG but I think Po is the coolest. He doesn't take shit from noone and if LaLa sasses him he just gives a sucker punch to shut her up.

maybe it was an accident.

or maybe he just enjoys seeing betty rubble get diddled by fred flintstone.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:05 PM

Nah. I'm looking at the history now...

I'm guessing he typed in "sex" or some random "vulgar" word. It's what happened the last time we caught him.

e p 09-11-2004 06:06 PM

Silly child.

Hey Fox you got AIM?

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:07 PM

Yeah. It's TherodoreFoxfire

And holy shit. Not only did he search for this stuff on my computer, how crappily he searched for this stuff makes me blush.

He typed in "please show me naked girls" on google.

I said "I jest, I jest..." I don't hate anyone on this forum...except for Luke and ScorpSath  Just kidding guys. You know I love you.

So let's get a conversation going!

ha ha ha, not the smartest kid out there, but atleast he is polite.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:08 PM

He's 7, so I won't make fun of him.

But this stuff is getting annoying, he's done this before and it took me forever to convince my parents that I didn't do it.

Holy Shit

That is great. And he's seven? That's really odd for a seven year old. But I'm sure if his searches actually were successful, he would be frightened of what he found.

And Fox: Just try to explain to your parents that it was him. If he searched taht horribly just tell them your not stupid enough to look at that and even if you were I doubt you would ask google to "show you naked girls".

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:11 PM

It looks like he searched for stuff then clicked links, looked for a minute, hit back, then looked again. Last time, he had one of his friends stand at the door and run in and tell him that someone was coming. Lucky for him, I was sleeping and watching the Cubs game, my dad was watching the Cubs game, and my mom was doing laundry.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:13 PM

Ever read Maddox? He gets to look at some of Google's search history's when he checks out how people get to his site.

He said that lots of people ask incredibly personal questions...to GOOGLE. Why in god's name would you ask a question to google? "Google, quick, I want to see my neighbors naked!"

Jesus christ. My parents'll know it's not me. I've installed a pop-up blocker because I was getting a ridiculous amount on MX, and thus it's not possible that something popped up and he accidentally clicked it and stuff kept popping up.

Kwash2 09-11-2004 06:29 PM

What?! Jellyfish vs Puma?!

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:31 PM

I started reading from the beginning and I'm also looking at some guitars for recording purposes, so I haven't gotten as far as Ants vs. Panda.

And Kwash, out of curiosity, what happened with the Warwick Thumb?

Volume pot came loose, so I'm getting that fixed up, and he's fixing up the truss rod and action stuff, so it'll be ready for resale.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:38 PM

Oh, cool.

I wish I could do stuff like that myself. I want to change the preamp in my Conklin but I'm afraid to mess with it, ya know? :upset:

Do you mean a luthier, G?

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:46 PM

I'm going to.

But I need an amp first. I actually found a place that is willing to do it...I think it'll cost somewhere around 250~ USD. (that's preamp + installation)

The problem with the current preamp is it's noisy and lacks a Mid knob. So I'm having them change the preamp for an Aguilar OBP-3 (I've heard it's the best one for a modern tone). I'm also going to have them drill a hole for a concentric low-mid/high-mid knob.

I'd actually go a bit crazier with it and have Bass boost and Treble boost switches installed, but I need to start saving up for a fretless Conklin. ;) :p

Crapdragoon 09-11-2004 06:47 PM

foxfire, your a fuc.king nut. :)
Do you mean a luthier, G?
hey essay.

yeah foxfire, i've heard good things about aguilars. I only get the chance to go to guitar stores every 2 months or so :(

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:50 PM
foxfire, your a fuc.king nut. :)
I'm considering parting with my P-copy. I need it this year cuz I need one for band but after that I can't see myself using it again. It's going to be expensive to get it up to par with the others. :(

Crapdragoon 09-11-2004 06:52 PM

As i said before, id be happy to take it off your hands, just tell me whenever you wanna get rid of said instrument ;)

Foxfire 09-11-2004 06:56 PM

I know, just thought I'd tell you. :)

I dunno what my friend was talking about how his P-copy didn't have enough room for active electronics...my Curbow is like half an inch thick and it's got active stuff in it.

Crapdragoon 09-11-2004 07:04 PM

Id prolly put actives stuff in it... and get a fender neck for it so it looks like a pbass :p

Cmon find out what kinda wood it is man!!!

Foxfire 09-11-2004 07:09 PM

I'm going to have to go with Alder, as it seems to be a wood that's common on the Jay Turser site.

Crapdragoon 09-11-2004 07:18 PM

Sweet.

Kwash2 09-11-2004 07:21 PM

Ah dragoon, always worrying about what kind of wood stuff is.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 07:26 PM

I do it too. :p For example, I want a guitar to record with. There's one that has 24 frets, and peopel say is really nice. Guess what? It's made of basswood.

Screw that.

Crapdragoon 09-11-2004 07:28 PM

Fox you dummie , basswood works awesome for guitars.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 07:28 PM

It's not what I'm looking for, though. If all else fails I guess I'm stuck with it.

Foxfire 09-11-2004 07:42 PM

Stomping Grounds is a great song.

I've listened to it like 5 times in the last hour.
