Ha... yeah. |
Sorry, that was not very nice of me.
I feel bad for you mate, but youll get over it.. we always get over stuff. well, not me, i would probaly kill a guy if i ever meet him again.. |
damn, that happened to my friend.. well the other way around.. but the girl he broke it off with went suicidal and after that started stalking him.
imo, suicide is weakness in it's ultimate form (plus if you wanted to die do it properly, not this wrist cutting ****) |
well, thoose "its a big chance for dying, but also a big chance for not dying" people realy dont wanna die...
People with guns or jumping very tall buildings/places however.. She went suicidal after he broke up? He must have meant alot for her.. |

it's an insult on juvenile society. it pisses me off all the little bitches i see who think they're depressed and think they want to die. "no one understands me so i wear black clothes and occasionally cut my wrist... pay attention to me or i'll do it again" if you were genuinely depressed you wouldn't be walking around having a good time talking about how depressed you are, you'd be depressed... does that make sense? |
in short:
actual depression =/= teenage consumerist depression i have no idea how this 'trend' of 'emo' aka, depressing ****, came about but it annoys the hell out of me, by dressing like that and acting depressed ("being an individual" lol) they're doing exactly what big business has set out to do off people with expendable incomes, make money. it's all the rage to be 'depressed' (here at least) and emo now, they're all so "independent" and "misunderstood", i'm sure they get great comfort from buying from the very people they think they hate. they're all misguided little ****stains who believe in some bizzare cross pollination of punk and mainstream, "i'll cut myself because i'm misunderstood and not actually intend to die, wear 'individual' clothing from major labels, be cool by smoking cigarettes from huge companies and just generally act depressed for the sheer hell of it" i want to do a study on youth culture and why they actually think that they are depressed, people now are better off than ever before, but as soon as there mobile gets taken away it's all "errr, i'm gonna kill myself, i'm so hard done by". too many bloody ignorant little shits i tell you, if they really believed in anything they would do something and not sit around "being sad". /misguided rant |
Funky, I don't know if you've known anyone who's committed suicide, but I can assure you, the majority of people who actually do are nothing like that.
|

oh, no no, i'm not saying that! :o to clarify: it annoys me the amount of people who think they are suicidal/depressed, when in actuality they are just whiney bitches. |
reminds me of a friend/ex-friend of mine.. but she also was a lust liar(is that whats its called when you lie to get attention?)
But i never judged her for it, otherwise she was a very nice person. She got a child and it seems like we slipped apart. though i have "known" a guy who shot himself.. |
Well, this was an interesting place for someone who actually suffers proper depression to come in.
I think I'm going to leave until you lot know what you're talking about. :) |
just so you know...
Your boyfriend is the worst :p |
Seriously, you guys have absolutely no idea how it feels. I can't even explain it to you because it feels normal to me.
i still can't fathom why you're depressed :( *hugs* |
I guess it happens being togheter with you..
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! serriously, why do i like being rude at you? :p at 16 and a half, you should have better things to do than being depressed ;) depressed is for 40 year olds who havent accomplished anything yet, or that have been a outcast all their life and threated realy bad. They have a reason. Ofcourse, i do not know your story.. |
i still can't fathom why you're depressed :( *hugs*
It's not a "pseudo-illness" as you like to label it. Simple as that. It's a mental illness, caused by the lack of a chemical. Many things can trigger debilitating depression. Feelings of depression are caused by a chemical change that affects how the brain functions. A normally functioning brain is a giant messaging system that controls everything from your heartbeat, to walking, to your emotions. The brain is made up of billions of nerve cells called neurons. These neurons send and receive messages from the rest of your body, using brain chemicals called neurotransmitters. These brain chemicals—in varying amounts—are responsible for our emotional state. Depression happens when these chemical messages aren’t delivered correctly between brain cells, disrupting communication. Think of a telephone: if your phone has a weak signal, you may not hear the person on the other end. Their communication is muted or unclear. The good news is that there are many forms of treatment that can help you cope with depression, including medications that can strengthen weak signals by raising the levels of certain neurotransmitters, or by improving the neurons’ ability to process signals. This ensures that the brain’s vital messages are delivered—loud and clear. |
hi guys
|
...aaaaaaaaaaaaand?
|
hi guys
Hey Lem  And HBD, what I'm doing is proving Ryan wrong. He believes it is caused by something in particular in my life that I'm not happy with. He does not accept it as a proper physical illness that I simply cannot control and therefore spends his time trying to figure out why it happens. In other words, he can stick his "pseudo-illness" where the sun don't shine. |
