Josh killing humans and killing stock animals are two completely different things. How often does someone find a special connection with a certain cow or chicken for any real kind of companionship? Plus in our culture we don't eat animals like dogs or cats so I don't see how that really could be used as a good example. People still find companionship with disabled people and the elderly.
