I had that dream where your falling then wake up and feel like you just landed on the bed...I hate it so much, I get it like 4 times a week now

yesterday morning i was half asleep for about an hour or so.

in that hour, all my worries/stress were multiplied by, id say 10x. a whole hour of just thinking on all my problems.

i woke up with an asthma/anxeity attack. the day before i hadnt done anything that would cause any of those attacks.

i hope it doesnt happen again...

I have anxiety, It reallyy sucks especially in the beginning, you are like crazy, thinking about stuff and you freak out. If it keeps happening go to a psycologist.

Weed makes me anxious - other people seem to have a good mellow time with it, but it seems to make me dwell on dark thoughts of death and such...

Booze blots those thoughts out.

school is the main source of all my stress. it then branches to different subcatagories of stress...

its hard...this is the 6th week at this new school. i am so unbelievably lazy right now. i cant even tolerate work, but my mind keeps yelling at me to do it. my parents dont know whats going on in my head, but they nearly force me to work. i have no clues when it comes to college.

my girlfriend...i wish i hadnt rushed into it. 3rd week of school and i already asked her out. i now realize shes not my type. we dont even communicate well. i dont think i like her, and im unsure if she still likes me a lot.

I cycled to and back from branscombe today. that was 3 3/4 miles i don't plan to do again in a long time.

the 8 miles to lyme regis is easier than that road. And it's bank holiday so there are loads of tourists around. Bloody grouchers. They fund our income but we still all hate em down here.

i dont have to dump my emo on everyone here to feel better.

Ok, I have NO idea what's going on in my moms head. She reminds me of a step mother (Which I've never had) out of a story tale. I just wen't to ask her to take me to L&M and she's flipped out on me cause she's driving my sister to a job interview(Which is like a block away) And she said she had to much to do, ALL she's done this morning was dye her hair. L&M opens at 10:00, Like WTF? Guess my I'll ask my dad to take me, He actually sticks to his word.
