Hey, does anyone have any Sly & The Family Stone albums? If so, sould you maybe upload it for the CR mailing list? I'm really diggin' the samples I've been hearing of them.
That must have been a loooong time ago! (I'm not laughing at you Amanda, I'm laughing with you)

I'm really liking these Ten Years After albums, I'm gonna have to look for some on vinyl.

Last night we made plans on jamming at my friends house, after I pick up my one friend he's like "apparently Ryan made plans to have these girls come along and we have to pick them up..." so I go pick them up and I have to jam 6 freakin Grade 9 girls into the backseat of my Volkswagon Golf...in the end they were pretty cool. One was a "little person" and she was actually hot, super nice butt too (kinda strange in a way), I wish she wasn't in Grade 9. What are your opinions on getting with midgets? I taught her how to play a couple chords on guitar...and then all the girls got drunk off of like a cup of vodka.
Was that my first post? I've been looking all over for it! What page was it on? I think I really did know who moe were, but was just playing dumb. (haha)

...and true love knows no height differences
EDIT: But age differences are a possibility.

Methinks that the topic of this thread could be manipulated by the page we are on. For example, when we hit p. 1964 we could talk about how kickass the Beatles are, or how sad it was when Buddy Holly died in p. 1959

EDIT: 25 -- Little stars, here I come!

Buddy Holly was so cool. He had the sweetest glasses.

About two years ago, in my Spanish class, we watched La Bamba (about Richie Valens). A bunch of people were shocked at the end when the plane blew up

Aren't you in Tennessee? Like every country/bluegrass/folk musician ever lives there or in the mountains of NC.

But I know what you mean about rock musicians :(

robo2448 10-16-2005 04:37 PM

John Lennon lived in NYC for years. I've been to the spot in central park where he was killed a bunch of times. There's a little monument there called Strawberry Fields, a ton of people come there on December 8th. I bought an Imagine drawing from a guy off the street there one time. It's pretty cool.

np- Pigs (3 Different Ones) (live from the concert Roger spits on the fan)

I thought he was killed in his appartment

We almost went to strawberry fields when the drama club went to see "12 Angry men", but it was way out of the way. That was when the gates were up

Some of my sister's friends went to Jim Morrison's grave in France. That must have been a cool grave to visit. Possibly the coolest.
