I have read interviews with the dudes from MT and the Boston Crew bands and they were against drinking. I have heard a bunch of stories about people who claimed but still snuck drinks when the oppurtunity presented itself.

And it made me sick. Maybe if you would have listened when I explained that to you, yes I ate a steak because I couldn't resist myself but I felt terrible and it made so ill that I threw up. Also I went and saw the doctor and he told me that you don't have to take any supplements or vitamins that you can get your protein by eating soy protein. I have alot of imitation meat that has soy and whey protein that is very easy to get and it tastes great so don't pull that **** with me.

I know that it was about keeping you abilities undiminished and it was also a rebellion to the drug abuse that was rampant in the country via the early 1980s and that was also widely promoted in the rock music of the time as well.
