"Till the daylight sends me home... flickering, I roam".
|
Group Four :D
EDIT: let's talk death metal |
Before the creation of time
When nothingness was all And a fiery star's implosion Caused the universe to fall Worlds in utter chaos and plague Were doomed to die at last Vanished in the blackest void A recreation of the past Before the creation of time When emptyness was all Utter darkness enlights the way To the surrounding walls Journey through what mustn't be seen To where no life dwells Wisdom of the first creation No one shall live to tell Before the creation of time When nothingness was all And a blazing star's implosion Caused the universe to fall Memories of a frozen time beyond There's nothing left to show A new creation soon to be unleashed In the shadowed depths below Goodbye mother earth... |
that's the only Unleashed song I've ever heard tbh
|
Back in school when I took music as a course, having a teacher for your primary instrument was mandatory. My "teacher" was a guy that used to play in a death metal band; he gave me 8 classic DM cds (Unleashed - Where No Life Dwells was obviously one of them) and that was my lesson; "you will like these. take them home with you".
The Unleashed CD appealed to me in particular, especially compared to the others; the artwork, the atmosphere etc. - it has an almost black metal vibe to it all, and intrigued me. Naturally. :) |
they seem like a really cool band. death metal with viking lyrical themes? \m/
|
The clan my scottish side comes from or is part of or whatever apparently did some viking *** whooping in the 11th century.
so im more \m/ than unleashed by that logic |
Relatives on my fathers side had a cotton plantation and enslaved black people, which is elite.
|
my friend's ancestor was the king of scotland or ireland or something.
he had to claim the throne by a race to the shore and they said whoever touched the shore first was king. he tripped during the race. so instead of losing, he cut his own hand off and threw it on shore. (he wins) |
I have an ancestor who kicked some mormon ass in the US

Uh, the Wayans Brothers were pretty hilarious in the early-mid 90s.
