Always been 45 for me :-/

used to be 25 seconds for me

they're still giving me full download speed so I have nothing to really complain about

and I download stuff twice as fast from megaupload and you can download bigger files on megaupload so downloading FLAC is much easier.

Mediafire is great, though MegaUpload is okay as well. I hate RapidShare. You can only download one thing from it each day and the servers are often too busy for non-paying users.
