my pay isnt that great, but im only 15, so all i really need the money for is new drum equip and to save up for my car.

im not sure what that converts to in american dollars, and im too lazy to get look it up online, but im on $7 and hour.

i also stupidly forgot about the biggest money spender, that i need to get money for:

my girlfriend.

holy crap I went to see Storm Large and the Balls last night, and it was probably one of the best shows I have ever went to. She was so good. And so damn beautiful. I'll post pics later.

...So, a tendon or something similar has gone in my left wrist, can't drum or play guitar. Or grip anything. Damn.

I haven't been able to play or practice for the past week cos I've either been refinishing my kit or been occupied with other things...hardly the same as an injury....though my teacher won't be happy :mad:

I do keep getting twitches down my forearms (like in the wrist area) where it feels as though I can't make a fist or anything. Is hard to explain...

Its really weird. When it happens it feels like I don't have tendons in my arms or something and thats why I can't curl my fingers. Stretching/bending my hands backwards normally makes it feel better

Pearl masters i think. It had optimounts so its either masters or session, i didnt get a chance to look.

I drummed really well today for some reason,

I worked through a page of stick control in the triplets section.
I played trough alot of songs with some improv.
And to finish of i was rather creative and play a paradiddle groove between the ride bell cowbell hi hat snare and ride if that makes any sense.

I would write i down but i dont know how to :(

How the hell did you get through a whole page? I can get through like half a column in 3 hours!!! I do each exercise on 20 times for each tempo, starting at 60bpm moving up 5bpm until I'm going as fast as I can... (like do it 20 times at 60, then 20 times at 65 etc)

By the way it took me ages because i was on the last page of triplets were theyre 2 lines an exercise which was cool.

I just made another shirt. It turned out awesome. It was my first 2-stencil one, and the gap between the 2 was just the tiniest bit bigger than I wanted, but it still turned out great. I love making shirts.

Haha word, Stick Control takes a long time to go through properly, but the rewards are worth it!!


Also Stone said at [I]least[/I] 20 times. 40 is better.


I like to tell people to go by column and change the click up a lil between excerises. Not nearly as daunting in that fashion.
