There is da bootleg[/QUOTE] Thank you so much. Where did you find something like this? |
I bought it off of ebay, with some other PF stuff
No Prob guys. That track list isnt exact because some songs are molded together (Like WYWH and SOYCD) They extended SOYCD part 9 so long, that it has its own track. |

You wouldn't happen to know of a program that can split and/or combine tracks, do you? I wanna' try and take out SOYCD from WYWH and put it as it's own track, but than again, if I added Part 9 to it, it would be like 25 minutes long. hmm decisions decisions. |
If you get hold of Sonic Foundry Vegas, you can probably split and combine tracks. I might be able to upload the program, if you'd like.
|
Yeah, I'd really like that, if it's not too much trouble. I'll probably find a program later, next time I'm online, but that'd be cool if you could upload the program. Either way, I gotta' burn this bootleg, it sounds real good at times. ha. They REALLY extended SOYCD part 9. Although, I think it's part 8 also. I'm not sure exactly when one begins and the other ends.

Yeah, im form SA aswell. Yeah, well our stupid isp (cough*monopoly*cough) only caters with 3 gb cap. They also happen to own the entire telecommunications-infrastructure in SA. /cue David and Goliath battle sequence now! But on a related note, ive really gotten into Meddle and Animals thesedays. My favourites are One Of These Days, Fearless, Sheep and Dogs. anywayz |
Lately I've been listening to Saucerful of Secrets quite a bit. I also bought The Wall on casette for my car (I'm too cool for a CD player), so I've also been listening to that a lot when I drive.
|
everyday to school in the car is the wall.
Its getting quite scary..... |
That concert would have been amazing to have gone to. It kills me to know I will never see the Floyd.

The Trial may be one of the strangest rock songs ever. It really does take the term "rock opera" literally. I like it a lot though. |
I Love Floyd!
- Yea, Pink Floyd is one of my favorite bands ever! I hope the tour again, like ppl are saying. I have all the original albums with Rodger Waters. Theyre very classic and great 2 listen 2 high.

about what? |
I hate how everyone always comes in here and talks about drugs. I can see why but it still annoys me a helluva lot.
|
Seriously, you don't have to be high to enjoy Pink Floyd, but I've seen so many people come in this thread and say they're great to listen to while high.
|
i hear PF when i woke up. while im eating , while im doing my homework.so i dont listen just when im high but listening PF high is a really great experience.I know what you mean "six foot revolver" and "mister blue sky". sorry if i didnt express myself right.

meh c numb is good but how is it the best? Minus the epic guitar solo, it's just another **** good floyd song, and there are many many **** good floyd songs.

I am a CN solo whore.
I've been digging The Final Cut lately. My favorite songs are "The Final Cut", "Not Now John", and "The Gunner's Dream". |

That literally sounds EXACTLY like another post in this thread I read a while back. I don't think that you copied it, that's just worded almost exactly like the other one. Oh, and PinkFloyd, this is from a while back, but didn't your user title come from "When The Tigers Broke Free"? I didn't check, I'm just guessig off the top of my head. |

It's really a beautiful album. I suggest you check into "Two Suns in the Sunset" and "Post War Dreams" for some other great songs on The Final Cut. I will record a version of the 2nd Cnumb solo shortly, I think I have it dead on. |

The only thing I wrote was "in the form of a scroll..." :C |

Hmmm not yet but it rings a bell. Is that Mason's new book? I could be wrong.
|
Yes it is. It has kept me company in office work for the past few days. All we usually hear about is David's or Roger's view on what happened in the band, but his view on things is very interesting.
|
Sounds good, I will probably end up reading it when I fall *** backwards into a the book which I know will happen sometime.
|
I saw the book in a store but it was too expensive to buy at the time. I did like the photo of the guys with their football team, though.
I still haven't finished "A Saucerful of Secrets" though. I read a few chapters in, and put it down for a while. |

^I love the way it matches Roger's voice on the first note.
