I like the remasters more than the originals that I have, but that's only KIMB and RIP.

The Rust in Peace remaster sounds as good/maybe a little bit better than the original. However, the remaster of Peace Sells got screwed up somehow...it was pretty much ruined.

You can find an original CD on amazon.com though...used in great condition for $5. That's where I'm getting mine.

I don't know, i expect it would've been hard for him to play a 2 hour show every night with a bad knee so that could be one of the reasons he couldn't tour.

And Dave pretty much rules out any future possibility of a RIP reformation tour, because of his quarrel with Ellefson. While I think Dave was in the right, its hard for me to see two guys that have been through so much in a band for so long, letting an argument over money end their relationship.

He apologised to Metallica and Slayer (I think Kerry still holds the grudge) over Dime's death so there's a chance he'll apologise to Ellefson and somehow, someway, get the band back together.

Uhh, what? I beg to differ. Dave's been through quite a bit and has changed over the years. I'm pretty sure he's gotten what he's wanted from life and doesn't care about anything else. He's trademarked for his "Take no prisoners, Take no ****" attitude. You can look at it as immaturity, but when you take into concideration of what he's gone through, he's a very mature person. I meant Mustaine, though Ellefson is immature as well. I'm not saying Dave's actions aren't always justified, but they're not always mature. My main reference is the Rotting Christ and Dissection incidents.

I do admire Dave for how he's handled some things though. He's not always immature, if you understand what I'm saying.
