My cats do that all the time. The little bastards come from the litter box and try and jump on me.

Quinto 12-18-2006 04:36 PM

my cats used to do that until i stabbed them.
So...What do you need a degree in to work in an office?

To have a cubicle and sit on a computer all day.

That's what I want to do.
That's what I do. I'm dilbert except not nauseatingly nerdy and unfunny.

Drum Phil 12-18-2006 04:52 PM

NP: Rob Zombie - Scum Of The Earth

Janeway 12-18-2006 04:58 PM

I like Dilbert.

So I guess I'll get a degree in smegma guzzling?

Edit: I wrote a whole story.

Well, most. I didn't really finish it.

But Chakotay got flushed out the airlock and Kathryn crapped her pants.

Aaron 12-18-2006 05:06 PM

Nah, most office folk don't smoke pole. Only the shitty-workers trying to keep their jobs. Nothing better than seeing someone in a job they don't understand try to explain it to you.

Drum Phil 12-18-2006 05:32 PM

Thinkin of this on my lower back. The text is goin there regardless.

My mom sprained her wrist yesterday at work, and I've been busting my ass doing everything for her. It was okay for a while, but now it's just tedious. Oh well, what can I do?

Yeah, my mom tore her rotator cuff and had to go into surgery for it, so me and my dad have been doing everything for her for the past two months. It was alright though, because I got homemade breakfast every morning since she couldn't go into work.

Win A Rabbit 12-18-2006 06:22 PM

I'd kill for homemade breakfast. I've had the same thing (either Special K or corn flakes cereal) every day for the last... 6 months, with the very rare exception.

Maggot Dream 12-18-2006 06:23 PM

Yeah, that's the way I am for most of the school year. Cereal, occasionally yogurt. Sometimes a cup of soup at school though, which is always good. Gotta love Ramen in the middle of winter.

Try own your own place. I have corn flakes 3 meals a day.

White Riot! 12-18-2006 06:38 PM

with sugar on top?

TheBigMachine 12-18-2006 06:42 PM

It's got no flavour if you dont.

Quinto 12-18-2006 06:44 PM

but then you might as well get frosted flakes, right?

Futuro 12-18-2006 06:48 PM
but then you might as well get frosted flakes, right?
Hell yeah. I stock up on that ****! Go to sams club and come out with 12 boxes that are triple the normal size.

Yup

Janeway 12-18-2006 07:07 PM

I need to finish Huck Finn really bad.

Second time reading it, don't remember anything from the first time. I have 7 more pages to go for what's due tomorrow, but I can't bring myself to do it.

Ugh.

KWG 12-18-2006 07:08 PM

yeasss

Josiah 12-18-2006 07:10 PM

it is a cool fill though..

Huck Finn is one of my favorite books.

Janeway 12-18-2006 07:11 PM

I like it more the second time through, but I'm just not in the mood to read it.

Jezen 12-18-2006 07:12 PM

Don't forget, try this:

ofDooM 12-18-2006 07:20 PM

Kit Updates will be on in a few minutes.

Sunshine 12-18-2006 07:35 PM

Sweeeet.

My dad didn't get me a birthday present [apparently], so when I asked if I could go buy a rated R movie from Walmart at midnight tonight [seeing as midnight will technically be December 19th, which means technically I'll be 17, which means I'll be able to buy such things], he said yes as long as I agreed that that was his birthday present to me.

Silly, but exciting.

It's the best way I can think of to celebrate my 17th birthday. 16 is the car, 18 is virtually everything else, and there arn't any good rated R movies I want to see, nor are there any playing midnight tonight.

Janeway 12-18-2006 07:39 PM

No, 18 is only the porno shop. You can't do the really fun stuff until your 21.

Get Clerks II, though.

18 is also like. You can legally own a car and crap. Like at 16 you can DRIVE the car, but at 18 you can OWN it. From a dealer. And you can vote [not that I'm going to when I turn 18, but that's important to some people]. You can own property in general. That's pretty chill.

Oh, and then you don't have to worry about your boyfriend getting arrested for being with you 'cause he's 20.

Cough.

Janeway 12-18-2006 08:01 PM

You can't insure it on your own, though.

Basically the only thing I do is vote. I bought tobacco and rolling papers, too.

Sunshine 12-18-2006 08:03 PM

Ahh yeah, that's what I was forgetting.

Man, if I was still in SV when I turn 18 [which I won't be], I'd so buy a bunch of cigs and sell them for like a dollar each to the 14 year old addicts who hang out at the mall.
