BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 10-11-2005 04:25 PM

He was amazing just with hes band but seeing him and Santana play 2 John Lee Hooker songs one of which was "Boom Boom" needless to say it was very cool.
So have any of you guys heard of Arzachel or Art?
I didn't like ART but I haven't had the chance to get Arzachel's one and only album. Any good? I know they were part of the Canterbury Scene so that means they're at least worth giving a chance.

Can you upload it?

Please? :(

I'm digging Ted Nugent.

np: Ted Nugent - Stranglehold

I think RNR likes him.

BludgeonySteve 10-11-2005 04:44 PM

I'm not a big fan or anything. But the dude seriously knows how to rock.

He's the biggest asshole though, when he came to town he went off on this rant about how all Montanians should go out and be able to kill an animal anytime we wanted to and how this is our land and the government shouldn't control it, and all this junk about how animals were sent to earth to be killed by humans.

I got up and left because I'm a vegatarian and it was just dumb.

He's not just an ass......he's an insult to everything good on this planet.

jpj 10-11-2005 05:15 PM

He can kill as many animals as he wants, I really don't care. Animals taste too good not to be killed.

Thought it would go well with the recent Ten Years After discussion. Great performance. (for those who haven't seen this)

Jacaranda 10-11-2005 05:53 PM

Has any one else heard about what Brian Wilson is doing for Katrina Fund Raiser? Well I'll say it any way! If you donate 100 bucks or more on his website he personally calls you up and thanks you or what not.
I remember hearing about this about a week or three ago but I just re-remembered. Imagine how cool it'd be to have him call you up.

PinkFreud 10-11-2005 05:57 PM

A personal phone call from Brian Wilson would be so awesome. I would do it, but I might be spending some money on concert tickets soon.

Broken Arrow 10-11-2005 06:22 PM

What concert?

Jacaranda 10-11-2005 06:36 PM

Isn't someone else around here a vegatarian? I thought for sure at least one other person was.

NP: Bob Dylan - Desolation Road

Its from MTV Unplugged he sounds so old in this.

Glitterati 10-11-2005 06:41 PM

I was never a fan of Dylan's live stuff. My mom used to own Live At Budokan and she says it was awful.
