Adding album art to albums without it is a painstaking process, how much music do you have in gigs terms?

edit: I shuffle by album on unplayed songs and edit the ID3 tags for each album before I listen, easier and less time consuming, as I have like 125 GB =\

well id say yes but everytime i add a new album/artist onto my itunes i go through the painstaking process, so ive evened it out pretty nicely.

if you basically have to do your entire catalogue, id probably say no, because im sure a lot of the music you listen to doesnt have the art on itunes or has a really crappy resolution on google (photoshop it basically)

im also ocd if you couldnt tell

I would start that but I'm about 4 years behind :-/

60 gigs or so it would suck hard to do

ugh when i transferred my itunes from one computer to the next, i had to do all the album art again and i only had 20 gigs. Took like 5 hours on and off.

I might do a little bit a day, because I do want it done.

it makes life easier if you do it by genre and/or artist, and not just randomly do albums.

I have 185 gigs. I do artist, album, year, year band formed, where band's from, record label, and art.

I'm so lazy with that stuff, makes no difference to me.

I do artist/album artist (gay itunes), art, year, album, track numbers (x of y), disc numbers (x of y), and genre.

same here. i just have music. i dont even have album art for half the stuff i have. and i have like 40 gigs of just straight music, which is dwarfed by most of you guys apparently.

I use 'grouping' for label, 'comp' for year formed, and 'comment' for where band is from.
