 I had bacon sarnies yesterday. I might have them again today, but I'm thinking tuna instead

Then fried eggs, if I have the time. Which I will. Depends how much bread we have really

onetwo3 09-07-2006 11:42 AM

Hello there children :)

I'm good, just trying to get people together for a night out on Sunday but my phones just ran out of credit and I don't know how to put more on!
I was given a £30 plastic swipe card when I bought the phone, she said ring up a number. I've looked but I can't see it :p

How are you today Po?
>_>

PAJJ 09-07-2006 11:55 AM

I'm pretty good, finished changing guitar strings :D
went to the library to get some books, they only had an old version of 1 out of 6 i was looking for, the foreword was pretty good but the rest was just regurgitated rubbish...
booked the coach to London for Monday.
so in my terms it's been a pretty productive day :-/

2muchket! 09-07-2006 12:08 PM

I'm off to see a classic rock band tonight

PAJJ 09-07-2006 12:23 PM

that's cool, anyone big, or just a local band?

Mr. Black 09-07-2006 12:25 PM
She is super hot.

Wow she is gorgeous.
ZOMG YEAH!

You should totally Bone her, Aidy.

onetwo3 09-07-2006 12:28 PM

'aidy' lol

Paul:
I love the feel of new strings, I can't change them myself though. Id' be too worried that I'd break the whole guitar :(

Jev 09-07-2006 12:38 PM

I need to change my strings on my Ibanez...
I really can't be bothered.

ChodaBoy 09-07-2006 12:48 PM

New strings always sound horrible, they need to lose their fresh-ginity before sounding good

PAJJ 09-07-2006 01:17 PM

It takes a good couple of hours of play time to work them in, yeah, but they still sound better then old manky strings, and they feel 1000 times better, plus the steely sound is pretty good for some songs.

Me too, it's just such an effort to change them, but my old ones were in a horrible condition, and i passed the guitar shop today, so yay :D
i used to think it'd break my guitar somehow from changing the strings, all i ever managed was a couple of broken strings (which as i'm sure most of you know is ****ing annoying), but it gets easy pretty quickly.

Lord Abortion 09-07-2006 01:39 PM

Aidan, like I said yesterday, you really should go and see about that eye of yours, leaving it untreated will only make it worse.

In from work, and I have tomorrow and Saturday there too. Excellent. Cash++
I'm going to order my External HD and maybe a couple of albums.

hahaha. I just noticed that albums has bums in it.

NP-King Crimson-21st Century Schizoid man.

The twangy sound with steel strings is beautiful. I hated playing with nylon strings, they just didn't sound right for me.
I'll probably change them myself some time in the future - I don't trust myself just yet! Plus they don't need achanging just now :p

onetwo3 09-07-2006 01:48 PM
