there's plenty of **** death metal bands, but no one takes the time to point them out and make youtube videos bashing them.

Mainly because they aren't influence by terrible nu metal, or don't start a band to make a quick buck.

I'm a fan of some deathcore don't get me wrong but the amount of **** you have to made through to find a Rifles At Recess, or Glass Casket is off putting for me lately.

Yeah you're definitely not as elitist as a lot of folks. I like the new Upon A Burning Body and the new Veil Of Maya is decent.
